We had a really bad experience at this shop a few weeks ago while visiting from Canada. This was our last stop after the white house tour, and it started raining heavily. Since we had parked far away, my family and I just waited inside until the rain slowed down.
That’s when an older lady with curly hair and glasses started watching us and even told the security guards to kick us out. Read moreKathy O’Connell the representative/associate for the shop denied my family and I entrance into the shop because she advised we had to wait for others to exit. Meanwhile, another family BEHIND us freely walks in and she didn’t stop them or said a peep. As we waited outside, we saw numerous other families of 4 and 5 walk in. I had family from California come to visit with us and this was a TERRIBLE experience for all of us to be asked to exit a public shop and wait outside while we witness others just walk in. All we wanted was to shop for souvenirs, KATHY O’CONNELL. I hope you read this review and understand the lasting impact you just made on my...
