I was in town on a business trip and needed a pair of workbooks. Decided to order a pair using the online order with "2 hour pickup". Should be easy, just swing by after work and grab them. I ordered them just before 2pm. As I'm leaving the office at 7, I notice the order still says processing. I call their customer service and the first representative I cannot even understand. I hang up and call back and after explaining my situation, she told me they are working hard to make sure my order is correct.... grab box, open box, bring to counter... I explained that it had been 5 hours and I can't wait all night. She again explained the process. After asking for a manager she offered to check with the store. By the time she comes back on, I'm now in front of the nearly empty, not busy store. She tells me allow another 30 minutes and they will be ready. I wait about 15 minutes, go to the counter and the clerk is expecting me. Read moreI like the large selection of shoes in the store, but anything having to do with discount/coupons is always a problem at the counter. I will never understand why you don't get coupons back onto your account after making a return. You got the shoes back so why can't I have my coupon back? One time I was told that my coupon was invaild even though I met the requirements and it wasn't expired, yet another location processed it without a problem.
Another thing I've noticed at the location recently, anytime I'm at counter I think this person is a manager or something, but he's always interrupting the cashier ringing me up to ask/tell them things that had nothing to do with my transaction. HELP THE CUSTOMERS! You don't discuss when the employee is going on their break in the middle of a customer paying. Its rude.
