Kohls used to be my go-to store for clothing. Not so much anymore.
Display racks and shelves are a bit messy and sometimes the fitting rooms need a little help.
I don't know who their corporate buyer is but I'm thinking it's an older person stuck in the 1960s/1970s. Everything is frilly and loud, not my style at all, so every time I visit, I'm disappointed in what they have. It never used to be like that. They used to have a nice selection of everything, not anymore. I find that while their sales are good, finding something I actually like has gotten less and less. She then whistled at me and yelled, as I walked into the shoe department, telling me to walk down the aisle. I never really complain about problems at places, and I understand it's Christmas Eve and she probably doesn't want to be there, but I've never felt so disrespected. I was nothing but polite, and she talked to me as if I was an idiot. I don't have her name, but she was...
