I have had good experiences and then I have had really bad! I am not one to post bad or negative experiences but this is one that needs to be posted. I took my iPhone 6plus to the I-DOCTOR awhile ago and they replaced the battery. All was good. A few months later my phone was turning off and on. I took it back to the I-DOCTOR. The kid was nice(so I thought and said no your battery is fine it is your mother board) he plugged the battery in and said my battery was fine. I was still having problems. I noticed that the phone was getting really hot and that it was swelling soon after that. I take really good care of my phones and I have a great case so as to keep it from getting damaged. I then took it to another phone place and got a new battery another 120.00 and the guy whom I trust and I know is alright said that the kid from the I-DOCTOR put in a bad battery and it swelled up my phone and caused a swelling on the side and made the phone separate. I was happy to have my phone working again how could I prove it, I never did anything because what was I going to do? Im a really busy person. I used my phone a lot and wanted to get a new phone but because I am not rolling in cash I tryed to just get another battery. I went back to the I-DOCTOR and spoke to a manager there whom understood my concerns and although I didn't have the receipt put in a brand new battery and worked with me. It gets even better!!!! Without telling me and knowing that the phone was already swollen from the damage that the previous kid from I-DOCTOR did. I don't have his name. This new guy opened my phone and now I had to not only put in a brand new battery but a new screen!! Now mind you everything was working except the battery. So 102.00 later, BECAUSE THE MANAGER GREGG WAS KIND TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT. ALTHOUGH FAILED TO ASK ME IF I EVEN WANTED TO OPEN THE PHONE AND REPLACE THE BATTERY KNOWING WHAT COULD HAPPEN HE WENT AHEAD AND OPENED THE PHONE A" BLAMO NOW I NEED A NEW SCREEN. OK I CAN WORK WITH THAT. I STILL THINK IF HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, HE COULD HAVE ASKED DO YOU WANT TO GO AHEAD WITH THE BATTERY CHANGE? THIS AND THIS COULD HAPPEN. ITS NOW 8:00PM I HAVE A DAUGHTER WHOM IS STARVING AND WANTS TO GO HOME. GREGG SAID HERE IS THE WARRENTY AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS BRING THE PHONE BACK. NOW MY CAMERA WON'T WORK. I like to take pictures but now It only works to take selfies!!! Lord have mercy!!!!EVERYTHING WAS WORKING WHEN I GAVE THE PHONE TO THE I-DOCTOR. Now mind you this was just NOV,5 2019 and it is NOV 10, I have a 90 day warranty if any problems Gregg assured me they will help us. I TRYED JUST TODAY TO GO BACK AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS TREATED WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT AND was literally I ROBBED LEGALLY. I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD GIVE ME SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THE PROBLEMS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF IRRESPONSIBLE KIDS PRETENDING TO BE PROFESSIONALS. THEY ARE CROOKS! DONT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND THEY DON'T EXCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY BEHIND THE GARBAGE WORK THEY DO!!!! CROOKS!!!!! I could do a better job!!!!!! I could follow a YOUTUBE video at least and do better than the garbage they put out....

This Mall looks like it is going out of business because there are very many empty stores there. There are a lot of teenagers hanging out there on the weekend and it makes me feel uncomfortable, because they are not shopping, just hanging out. They walk four across the walkways and will not let you past them. It seems that the Mall has noticed this and employed more security on weekends and adjusted their hours to close earlier at night. I try to avoid the mall at night and on the weekends, just not a safe feeling there at night and on weekends, I also don't feel comfortable going there alone when it's dark, I simply won't go at night anymore. This mall is going downhill like an avalanche, it seems that there are more empty stores than there are actual stores that are open there. It's horrible there with a very unsafe feeling because the mall is so empty and there are some unsavory characters that just hang around there in groups. They walk across the aisles so that it makes it very difficult to get past them and they don't move to let you past. Everytime that I go there, there are less and less open stores. Now the only store that I go to is Michael's Jewelers, there is a fantastic man that works there by the name of Richard and I highly recommend him for any of your jewelry needs, he is excellent and very knowledgeable. Other than that, the mall is really of no use to me anymore, Yankee Candle is no longer there either and it seems although Bath and Body Works is just waiting for their lease to expire so that they...

Edit to update:this place is going downhill. 5 people got shot a couple weeks ago, and homeless addicts are always begging for money and "checking" car doors "just to see if it is locked"....also there is no more hot topic store, and also the food court is disgusting now, the chinese store recycles the chicken by resaucing it and replating it, and the jamaican store doesn't even season the food, plus they just reheat old meat so your meat is ice cold and they cover it with hot rice or hot mac n cheese so you won't notice, as if they do not understand how food borne illnesses and temperature danger zones work. Absolutely nasty, good luck not getting sick! The pizza place only gives you an ounce of marinara sauce or else it is $3 extra, and the bubble tea price is 6 bucks for a cup......it is nó longer worth it. There are sooo many better food places around town.

Great mall, gets better every year! I hope it stays open forever! They have Wi-Fi and a movie theater ( pro tip, get food from the movie theater instead of the food court, they have street tacos and pulled pork fries and other deliciousness on the third floor!). The mall chicken is the best...

I had a visit to the brass mill center yesterday, the mall was pretty clean. A young lady was there making sure the place was clean but said to some one , I don't speak English. So for the help of directions we all need some who also can do some English as well. The mall is much more different. A few more stores. A place for children to go and play and enjoy their evenings or any time. A few photo booths a whole game room. A few spaces to lease. It looks like , I saw them empty. Beautiful parking spaces as usual. Sorry the rest rooms were out of service at the food courts. I saw security walking around . The seating at the food court was good. But I think as time goes by they will add phone charging areas.

We went to the All In Adventures Escape Rooms and paid $32 per person. We did the Zombie room and had a great time with the challenges. The staff lady was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the experience. At the end she even took a group picture so make sure you tip the lady! We also ate at the food court and the food was not bad for a food court and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I had the Chicken/Shrimp Teriyaki for $11 and took half home because there was so much leftover. I even got buttered popcorn upstairs at the movie theater to take home. Not a bad night.

Large mall complex, clean, bright, and rarely busy, so if you want to walk and shop without crowds, this may suit you. Food court and movie theater on upper floor, also ‘Burlington’ which has a bit of everything for those on a budget or seeking a bargain. Once upon a time, Waterbury had the ‘Naugatuck Valley Mall,’ but that is long gone. This shopping center, and the adjacent strip malls which add restaurants, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s Crafts, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Nobel, and other shops make this a quick stop just off the exits of I-84 near downtown Waterbury.
