Shoppers World (Brass Mills) — Local services in Waterbury

Was the only shopper in the store at the time (Sunday morning) took my time looking for exactly what i wanted guess i took too long and the manager got another employee to pretend she was shopping all to keep an eye on me!! Mind u no one else was there they were so noticeable that it was funny nevr will shop there again ! I have never had that so boldly done to me in any store.. i dd purchase the items bc i needed them and it was what i wanted but nevr ever again!!will makesurw everyone i know ,knows what those...

Wow! I called about an ad that was delivered one day too late via snail mail so the sale was over but they still located the items I was interested in. Even at regular price they were still a great bargain and set them aside at the register. I got help from several sales people in matching colors from my own fabrics to things in the store. I will go back now that I signed up for a 10% one time discount via msg text. It was my 1st time in any Shoppers World but...

These people are scammers. I had a return months ago and they put the money on a gift card ( return policy is stupid) so I go use the gift card today and they never credited it to the card !!! Smh I talk to the manager that was very rude making assumptions saying I must’ve used it already. DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY...
