Long story short. These guys are fast and cheap but poor quality. the apple display is very poor quality and will cause trouble, the workmanship is also poor. Maybe other parts aren’t as bad.

Your better off paying for the real thing instead of cheap $25 screen from china. They do not have the tools to do a proper repair.

Here is my experience, purchased a used phone that had a screen replacement (almost all their phones have been repaired). I wasn’t happy with the phone due to display issues. They told me they will honor a trade in for another device, I requested a phone with an original display. And was told they will call me soon.

Over the next few weeks the display got worse, random taps, poor color accuracy, freezing. At the one month mark I called asking about the new phone and was given the run around. Shortly after the screen cracked while I was holding the phone. I called them again asking about the replacement and mentioned the screen cracked. I was told it’s another $80 to fix it.

What happened to the warranty? Ended up going to apple for a proper screen and all the issues vanished. The apple tech noted the screen was very cheap and poorly installed.

I’m not happy don’t trust these crooks !! I came here on September 29th for a phone repair and it didn’t even last it ended up cracking with a high quality phone case that prevents it from happening and then it turned completely black from one drop and couldn’t even turn on my phone , from less of a 1 foot drop .. and that has never ever happened to me and I’m a person that always drops my phone . It takes more than that from Apple quality products . Charged me $233 and I came in again 2 weeks later and charged me again for another repair saying they don’t cover cracks well they freaking should because it’s cheap and bull . I come out the shop and I see a notice on my phone systems settings saying device display not recognized and the lady literally told me and convinced me other wise they use nothing but official and high quality Apple products . My experience here was horrible, I brought my phone here yesterday to get it fixed and afterwards, my phone ended up having a pink hue to the screen, so I took it somewhere else today to get it fixed and they guy told me that they gave me a low quality screen and they didn’t even put the water seal on the inside. They missed a step on my phone and they could have costed me a lot more money to get my screen fixed, I came back here today to see if I could get my money back, and they told me that they don’t do refunds, he also told me that I have to say I want OLED instead of LCD when it’s their job to give you the options, it what they are getting paid for, I also wasn’t aware that they come with a warranty, I only found out today, the location across from GameStop and the Food Court are the same location, do not go to either of these places for a phone repair or any repair in general, they will do the lowest of quality of work to your device(s).
