Will not be back to this store again. Stood in line 20 minutes waiting for an incompetent cashier to ring up a customer, while another employee strolls in the door nonchalantly and never signs on to help the other employees. Also, the clowns at the firearms counter!! If you have layaway available then I don't expect some sales guy to try to scam me out of it by telling me oh we get those guns in all the time, if you have layaway available then i expect to be able to use layaway!! Not be given the run around, I should've been asked if he could help me, told the details and policies and been rung up for layaway!! There's never anyone in this place that can help you, and its been the same teo guys in there for the last 30 years. Tommy, who denied my layaway purchase and ultimately my money, Dunham's loss. I wonder how corporate would feel about that, I think I'll ask them. And another guy, that can never seem to be able to help because he's always in a perpetual state of " doing paperwork" for some customers gun sale. This store is the absolute slowest when it comes to any kind of paperwork, returns, coupons, anything. Slowww!! This store has literally been in that raggedy corner of that shopping center for ages and has still not improved. Store is also chaotic and old, needs a major face lift. Sadly will not be back!! I have never met someone so inept in any "higher" level position in my life. From how he treats the customers and how he treats his employees in front of customers, I have no idea how this guy is still employed. I had to physically make a scene in order for him to complete his task for me, a customer. Even after other employees reached out to him to talk in person and over their radios, Bitter Beard was having none of it. Why should he have to help customers who spend thousands of dollars when he can run up front and run registers alongside two other cashiers? Maybe belligerent beard didn't know I was standing there, but replying over the radio that "they gotta wait, i'm f'n swamped" is not very professional.
Dunhams, you should publish his hours in the weekly ad so we know what days we shouldn't pay your establishment a visit. Call it the "Befuddled Beard Business Hours".

Ok pricing. the store seems quite packed and sometimes hard to get around. Parking is horrible. Many many large pick ups over fill spaces. It looks like the spaces were crammed in so pulling out of a space is tight if a truck is behind you. You also have the lazy people in the area running in the post office and parking in the fire lane causing issues with traffic flow. People run the stop sign at kmart going to dixi. The parking when busy is bad. the register area is seemingly over packed with point of purchase stuff it just feels cramped. People don't know their head quarters are there.
