Poor customer service

This is my third order from Sir Pizza. All three were delivery orders with good tips. This time the order was wrong. I ordered Asian wings and got breaded fried wings. I called Sir Pizza to let them know of their error. The young man answering the phone was very adamant that I could not get a credit on my next order but that he will have one pack of Asian Sauce delivered to my house. The Asian wings are not fried and breaded. So what good would that do me? I simply asked for a credit to be put on under my phone number so that my next order would have some kind of consideration for getting this order incorrect. The young man answering the phone said that it was totally his mistake, he did not know Sir Pizza had Asian Wings when he put my order in, and just had then breaded and fried. He said he couldn't give me a credit under my phone number because the owner does not allow them to do that. I should have asked for a manager but I was so out done by the rude manner in which this young man talk to me that I'm sure that I will not order another Pizza from Sir Pizza. That is not how you get repeat customers. By the way the breaded fried wings are nasty. Don't bother ordering them. So...

Haven't even tried my food yet. My boyfriend called and ordered, we were told 25 minutes for pick up. We got here in 20 minutes and waited a few before going in. They hadn't even put our pizza in the oven and have been nothing but rude to us since we got here. It's now been OVER an hour and still no food. The guy behind the counter told my boyfriend he's the only one here, but did not mention that over the phone. Estimated times should INCLUDE if you are alone or not. He also got very angry about us waiting and kept saying "you can cancel the order." As if he didn't want to make it. I've seen 4 other cars walk straight in and pick up their food. Amazing pizza friendly staff This is old school Italian pizza great crust best sauce and loaded to the max if you don't eat at this place just set you money on fire because you won't find better pizza says the guy from South Dakota here on vacation and I worked pizza for sicilians for 26 years this place killed it best ever I'll drive 1200 miles again just to eat here made is back here again from South Dakota They are in a new spot just down the street a block food is amazing service is 6 stars Will be back in a few weeks then it sadly will be another year till I get to stop in again If anybody who follows me on here want great pizza ribs fish or pasta and subs go here you won't regret it it's my pizza...
