What an absolute debacle of a visit! Came in to get 4 tires for my truck and it was an absolute mess. First off, my parents purchased the tires a week prior to the installation date as a birthday present. When I get there there's no appointment on record even though the paperwork I have States clearly Saturday 8: 30 a. M. By the way, I came in from out of state for a visit with my children and we had plans for the day starting mid-morning, so it's not like I have just a bunch of extra time to sit around and wait. there's no one on site who can help me in the tire center because apparently the tire center manager doesn't get there till after 9. So I talked to the store assistant manager who finally Works something out which basically is that I wait until the tire manager gets there. After he shows up I'm told they will go ahead and have the tire manager install the tires on my truck. All they don't get around doing that until 2 hours after my appointment time. Additionally, they missed charged my parents on the tire price when they purchase them a week prior, and also charge them for L stems which is not supposed to be done, so I have to go and mess around with having the price adjusted. After the tires are finally installed, I find out that I have to have the original card present in order to refund the entire wrong invoice price, and then they're going to charge me For the correct price as a whole new transaction. Since it was my parents card, I obviously don't have it with me. The girl at the desk, Diana, says I can come back at any time with the card and have the refund done at the customer service desk. She writes on the original receipt that I am to be refunded the difference in price screw up, not the entire 560 some-odd dollars that was paid originally. Keep in mind she just charge me another $520 for the tires that were put on. She clearly has no clue what in the world she's doing. So after I'm all set and ready to go back home I get in the car and realize they still didn't put my wheel lock back in the car good thing I didn't take off! This tire service center is a complete disaster, I would not recommend...
Read moreWe just moved to Wisconsin a couple of months ago, and we have family and friends coming over for Christmas. Since they are coming from a tropical climate, we decided to go here and do a lot of shopping for winter coats, snow boots, etc for all of them. We were so happy and satisfied with the products. If we couldn't find a size, we were able to order it with one of the staff and they will ship the product to us for free. Huge plus!!! We ended up with 2 full carts full of a lot of stuff. I would've given it 5 stars, but it was our check out experience that was horrible. As soon as the cashier saw us she yelled out loud (really loud) of how much stuff we had and that it was going to take her all night. She was even calling other people really loud to help her bag. I felt bad at one point that I was willing to help her bag, but it was just a very uncomfortable moment for us. We didn't wanted to get her in trouble, so we were biting our tongues. She kept aplogogizing to the other customers behind us for the delay of our HUGE shopping experience. Yes, we had two carts but they were bulky items,.including a large size pet bed. We were doing a favor to the store by buying a lot from them, and she made us feel guilty for buying too much. My husband asked if there were rewards cards, and she was so loud saying that she did not want to start all over to.do the rewards card for him when she only checked 2 items. This should be asked by the cashiers to every customer before starting to check out the items. She was so loud with comments when ringing every item, and asking why we were buying the items. The ending was even worse when she literally yelled: "...and your total price is $9_ _.00!!!!!! Oh my God almost 1k of stuff!!!!!" The entire store heard it , and I was just looking at my husbands face turning red because he was angry and he was about to blow up. I hope they know who I'm talking about here and train this person to be more discreet when doing check outs. It was extremely comfortable. Yes, we will return to the store, but definitely will make a 1 hour line for a different cashier. This was the...
Read moreOn Tuesday March 26th, 2019 I purchased 4 tires and had them mounted at the Waukesha store. A few days later I noticed damage to one of the wheels. I returned to the store Thursday April 4th to make them aware. The service employee (I didn't catch his name, thought I saw James or John on his shirt) came out and looked at the damage. Immediately he was a bit defensive about it and the following conversation took place: Me: "I've worked as a service tech before and I know how a wheel can get damaged like that." Employee: "So you've damaged a wheel like that before?" Me: "Yes I have." Employee: "And you're a firefighter now?" Me: "Yes" Employee: "Well, maybe you should just stick to firefighting instead." Me: (completely floored by the comment) "Really??? Did you really just go there???" Employee: "Yes" Me: "We're done here, I'd like to speak with your manager about this now." Just when I thought he couldn't be any more rude, this happens: Employee: "Did you run to your mommy all the time in high school too when you didn't get your way?" Me: " Wow! Really?? I'd like you see your manager now."
After this INCREDIBLY Rude encounter, I was able to speak with Tom, the assistant manager. Tom was apologetic and took time to see what was going on and hear me out. I flat out told Tom that because of the carelessness of his service writer's words and actions, Farm and Fleet has lost a customer for life! And I'm not afraid to tell others about this....NEVER have I EVER dealt with such rude customer service!!!
Tom said he would call me within 24 hours to tell me what he found regarding the damage after he reviews the camera footage. Still haven't heard from him and honestly even if I do, I DO NOT want to go back there and have them touch my vehicle again.
I really think someone needs to look into the actions of this employee, is this who you really want representing...
