Old-fashioned games. Strategy games. Party games. Toddler games. Puzzles. 3D puzzles. Card games. Chess. Pokémon. Solo games. Games I've never heard of. Games I could never imagine existed! Get the point....they have everything!

Prices are a consistent $10 higher than Amazon. I was price-matching as I shopped. However, I paid the extra cost happily for a few reasons.

The unheard-of selection blew me away!

The customer service was incredible. One gentleman walked with me through the entire process helping me find the perfect gifts and games! He knew every game and was quick and proficient to answer every question.

I NEVER want to see this store fail. I will happily pay a little more for the staff's knowledge and the on-hand selection.

My Amazon Games would not have gotten to me by Christmas.

I was too impatient to wait for an Amazon delivery because I was so jacked to play the games that very night!

Go today.....seriously go. You won't regret it!

Two employees got me, a Magic noob, some free cards and a quick rundown of deck themes in terms I could understand, just before the mall was closing. I had another store to hit.

As I'm trying to check out, someone I'm assuming is the manager "corrected" (mansplained) the female employee's simple explanation into terms I didn't understand, though more towards her than me, the one who was asking. I'm trying to check out but everyone's trying not to interrupt the probably-manager as time's ticking away.

So the employees were great and I had a wonderful experience at first, but felt overwhelmed and gatekept and slightly uneasy at the probably-manager's mansplaining that left me little time to...

Went into the store yesterday to see if they hand any Pokemon cards. While I was there I over heard the workers chatting about how they locked one of the front doors and how that should stop them. “Them” were a group of three middle age women, of different ethnicities and two under the age 10 black girls. They racially profiled two baby girls for holding a doll in their hands as their mom was shopping with friends. It’s so nasty to hear this and watch them do this. Yes the two dudes working were YT.
