Half my order was in at the end of August, the recliner was coming September 8 so I said let’s just wait till the recliner comes in for delivery. I called on October 1 to see where my order was and to find out had just come in the Friday before and nobody had called me to tell me it came in! Why wasn’t somebody checking on my order if it was due in September 8 to find out what the status was it took me calling to find out! Then I got a call on October 6 because my order was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday October 9, but somebody entered my information wrong into the delivery computer had my zip code & phone number wrong so my order was on a truck for Green Bay so now I can’t get my order until October 13th. I found out at the end of August when I came in to pay off my furniture that my rug was on backorder and won’t be in till November my order was placed July 20 and nobody bothered to call me to tell me that the rug was on back order so I canceled the rug! I would think if items are on backorder the company should notify you people to let you know so I could’ve made other plans and picked out something else! I can’t begin to tell you how frustrated I am with this process I was told my order would take 5 to 6 weeks and it took 10 weeks and it took me calling to find out...

From the time we first walked in, Joellene was extremely helpful and as the Lead Designer came out to our home to not only provide color samples in 'natural' lighting, but to measure the space to give us a digital representation of how the furniture would fit.
On the day we returned to the store, Joellene and several other people stepped in to assist in answering our overall questions so that we could prepare properly for powering the sofas that we were interested in, and we purchased two of them that day!
Fast forward…the two sofas were ready for delivery, but the only available weekday was one were I needed to be at work. After making a call to the store, the store manager himself called me back, and found an opportunity to where I could be home to accept delivery!
Several days later, the delivery team (of Oscar & Edwin) had a three-hour arrival window but arrived EARLY! As I had the room ready, they delivered, unwrapped, assembled, and demonstrated the full functionality of each of the powered features and left before (or at the start of) the delivery window!
AMAZING customer service!! And a week later as I post this…still loving our new sofas!!!

Read moreAfter visiting a furniture store and deciding on a living room set that was all Lazyboy we decided to go to a Lazyboy showroom to see if the prices from our first store checked out. To our surprise some of the items were significantly more at Lazyboy. Entering the store we began looking for our set on the showroom floor and were met by the manager Don Ollenburg. He was very helpful in finding the pieces we were about to buy at a different furniture store. Some of the pieces were priced higher at Lazyboy. However he explained that they would match the prices from the other establishment. Not only that he was able to give us some extras that saved us a good amount of money. Also the warranty from Lazyboy was much better. Don taught us a valuable lesson in shopping for furniture….keep shopping and compare prices elswhere. We were able to get the furniture we wanted at a lower price with a better warrenty. He also told us that Lazyboy makes the furniture and being a Lazyboy store our delivery time would also be better and the financing if we decided to use it was 0% for 3 years…. We are really glad we continued to shop even after we had found what we wanted… Keep shopping and comparing prices. ...
