I don’t think you should be at work if you have a cough or without a mask the cashier was very confused and I had a online order which I had placed 10 minutes before I came and I still have to wait the extra 10 to 15 minutes for fresh food because I called up there three times no one answered and when I said that the manager told the cook with the attitude to drop my tenders they didn’t have no ranch or black and ranch. I don’t see how when it’s part of the inventory. They want to charge me for a cup of water even though I just paid for a whole meal. The cook is touching his phone with the same gloves he’s cooking with. He also don’t have on a hairnet and when I receive my tenders, it was still cold so it was the point of me waiting in there for fresh tenders if they were still cold and they were little. I asked the woman when she put my fries in the bag before my food was done was the fries fresh she said yes which day was it because you wasn’t gonna put no one fries and have them sitting in the bag if the tenders wasn’t already done, that’s not great customer service you get the fries last when you know the whole meal is completed .I don’t know if they was trying to do a joke or what but that’s the food that I pay for you should treat people with better customer service that pays for a food no matter how much you have a attitude with your own life or whatever you’re going through but people expect better service with a paying for the food. I don’t like to come in an environment where people have a attitude, and I don’t want to be at work but they still want money. They need to know how to treat people that comes in there and spend their money because this is a business that is made to be ran in the correct way not in the attitude way so I will not be coming back here because the service there was not OK and I think they need a better crew a better management someone who knows how to follow the on boarding classes that they have to complete. The wait times are ridiculous but I work in the food industry so I completely understood, but after waiting a long time our entire order was wrong, there wasn’t a single correct item. We even ordered boneless wings with original hot, and the wings came with no sauce and a pool of sauce at the bottom and we asked the worker if they were supposed to be like that and he said he “forgot to shake them” and made no effort to fix the mistake so we had to ask him to do so. The sauce on the wings ended up being wrong, they forgot our pickles on our PICKLE GLAZED sandwich and it had almost no sauce, they forgot our side and biscuit, and gave us the wrong drink. You would think that would be enough for a refund, but no. We were far from the store when we realized the mistake so we decided to call, no answer. I called again in the morning, no answer. I even went to the store to ask for the refund and the employees were upset with me for asking for something as simple as a refund. The worker with bright red hair told me “I didn’t want to get into it with her” when i asked what she said when she had said something under her breath, which seemed like a threat. And the older manager and worker with green and black braids basically laughed in my face and told me I wasn’t getting a refund. I finally decided to give them a try since they have some great online specials if you place your order using the app. The prices here are phenomenal, but is your time worth the few bucks that your saving out of your wallet? We purchased or order online for 6:20 we stood in line until 7:30 only to stand there and wait for them to fulfill our order (which was fairly large). The pros and cons of that are the food was fresh but they were out of the sides we had requested. Hmmm... I already paid for them... an hour and a half ago. Besides the wait and the product shortage, the wait in the lobby wasn't bad. The music was relaxing, the customers were quiet and compliment for the length of time we had to be there. What I liked most of all was the three employees. Yes, only three employees on a Friday night at one of the most popular food chains. They were calm and collective. There wasn't any yelling or screaming orders or numbers, everyone knew their position and that's why things ran smoothly. In my opinion the chicken and the chicken sandwiches weren't that great. My family thought the chicken was great. I'm pick about chicken though. I also expect to get what I order. Otherwise, I'm really not interested in anything else, although the biscuits are to die for!
