Tonight I stopped in with a group of friends and I saw the posts on Facebook and was really excited to do in and try the yummy food, who doesn't love good Mexican food. Anyways, I stopped in after work around 430. My group was already there placing their orders, and then I placed mine after the customers ahead of me. My group all received their food within a reasonable amount of time, they had to wait on their drinks for about 15 minutes. About 5 pm and I was still waiting for my Ramen and beverage, the mexican corn I ordered did come. I went up to place a order to go around 5, asked to speak to a manager after placing my second order. The manager did absolutely nothing but tell me my ramen was done after waiting 30 minutes, mind you other customer that ordered ramen after me had received it. Not sure what the numbers are for if your staff can't keep up with who has what. After ordering I go to the table and finally have my drink. The "manager" I spoke to who said my ramen is done and coming to my table, I still waited another 10 for them to bring it to me. Then there was a confusion with my to go order, they brought my birria tacos but not the second ramen I ordered to go. So, I was waiting another 20 for that. I was soooo excited to try the food here and not only was the service disappointing but the food wasn't that great either. Only thing that was work my $70.00 spent was the margarita. I can't believe I left a tip for the service either. Had I know it was going to be that bad of an experience, I definitely wouldn't have tipped! Horrible experience and maybe it was just me cuz that is the way my week has been going, so icing on the cake mid-week. Most companies would have refunded the customer their order, but I guess the customers experience isn't your main concern because not once was that offered. Read moreOrdered mimosas and they were served in reused plastic cups. Not a big deal except they were dirty. And the mimosas tasted bad. Our food came quick but they didn’t give us salsa. Every Mexican restaurant has salsa on the table and every dish is served with salsa. To miss that was crazy (especially coz the other guests were given salsa). I would have asked except we had leave the table at least three times to find our server and she was already rolling her eyes at us. Also not a big deal except we were prompted to tip before sitting down. That’s not how table service works lol. We ordered Mexican nachos, breakfast burrito, and churro pancakes. The nachos were cold almost immediately. The churros were not fresh. And if they were fresh that means they were poorly made. We couldn’t cut into the churros with the plastic utensils the server gave us. When I got up, again, to ask for silverware for our churro pancakes she said that she didn’t have any clean silverware. Mind you there were only four customers inside at the time, our table being 2/4 of them. They had two people packaging to-go salsas (I huffed at this point) because no one could wash a fork for us?? This was supposed to be a treat for my sister on her birthday and we both left with a sour attitude. That server needs to be properly trained. We visited 8/5 at 11am and I only remembered to leave this review after looking thru my camera roll and recalling this lasting impression. I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star after remembering exactly how we were treated as paying customers. I would have loved to leave a positive review but the only thing I loved about this visit was the breakfast...
Read moreI Ordered this food on doordash for lunch. Mind you I'm on my cycle. So I really wanted this food! I ordered extra cheese and onions and cilantro in my quesabirria taco plate, along side with a steak flour taco. I called them IMMEDIATELY after I placed my order, so that they could put the cilantro and onions in the tacos, instead of on the side. Do you know that they straight up told me they were giving me pre made left over party food and that it had already been wrapped up!? Like I said I had literally placed the order not even two minutes prior. So you tell me, who in their right mind wants left over party food? I asked to speak with the manager and he was very rude and curt and just said "OK THANK YOU MA'AM"! AFTER ALL THIS THEY STILL TRIED TO SEND ME THE LEFT OVER PARTY FOOD! THATS WRONG FOR ALOT OF REASONS! IF THE FOOD WAS LEFT OVER, THAT MEANS IT WAS ALREADY PURCHASED, SO THEY'RE TRYING TO GET double the money! That is unethical wrong and greedy! They will never get my money again! Now I'm waiting on wingstop. So all of this is causing me To have to wait over an 1 hour and a half for something I should've gotten in 30 mins! terrible customer service!
