Be weary of the online pickup order feature. They recently have this feature where you can place an order online, and pickup your order within two days. Comes in handy when you can't make it the day of a sale.. I've used this feature about four times. Recently, I've wanted to do a cash return two unused candles. I notice I've been having a difficult time returning it. When you pickup up the online order, they don't supply you with a paper/physical receipt. Instead, they send an invoice to your email. I went to Livingston, and could not return it, only exchange(same protocol as if you lost your receipt)
Prior to that, I went to the very same store I picked it up from(Wayne) and had the same issue. The associate gave me this drawn out response on how I can mail it back to the headquarters or exchange...even though I was willingly showing her my email invoice, she kept insisting that I received a paper receipt when I never get one when it's an online pickup order.    Read moreNothing specifically wrong with the store however there employees are a different story⌠I came in a few weeks ago Christmas shopping with my grandma and as iâm walking around in the front smelling the candles my grandma waits in line to buy a gift. I hear one the employees saying next and then a few seconds later she continues to yell next with the most attitude, i turn around to see who she is yelling at with that disrespect itâs my grandma. I get it stores have been busy due to the holidays but that gives no reason for the worker to talk the way she did especially to an elderly person. As i walk next to my grandma while paying not wanting her to be alone by this rude worker, the worker continues to give attitude and it was quite obvious that she didnât want to be there which I totally understand but that gives no right to be such a disgustingly rude person and give attitude to a customer. I personally will never come back to this location because I feel if you were going to give attitude to customers than you do not deserve my service nor do you deserve to get paid for...
   Read moreThis review is for the downstairs location in the mall, although filled to the brim with fantastic products, the store is situated where you can walk all over without knocking anything over. It was crowded when I went because of their famous 3 wick candle sale and I was able to comfortably maneuver all over. Recognition to Shanna !! A lovely girl who I showed my phone to with my account and she told me about an offer I didn't even know was on there. So I was able to get more stuff free !!! Cheerful, knowledgeable about every item in that store. I left with terrific purchases, shop early to get what you want or order online and pick up in store when offered. Have your account up on your phone, cellular service is HORRIBLE, you won't be able to get it near the register. I had to run to the front of the store and run back to the register. That didn't bother me as I was thrilled to be there and get my items regardless. Wonderful shopping...
