I dropped off my laptop last month because my laptop fan was broken they told me that they will order the fan 5 -6 business day and they will replaced it they never called to updated me if the laptop get fixed I called the first time they gave me an excuse the girl that she supposedly to replace the fan that she comes only twice a week to help which is means she's not working there the whole time the girl get back to me after I called 2 times to see what's going on the girl says that she order the fan but they dropped off the fan order to another store that was the first excuse they gave me after I called back again to see if she replace it they gave me another excuse that they had some construction I kept on calling after few days and i asked to speek with the manager he told me that he will take care of it and he asked me to give him sometime until November 5 or November 8th to replace the Phan because the excuse was this time that they order another fan but he got the wrong one after that I was so mad at him because he said that he will take care of it but unfortunately he didn't get it fixed and he told me to give him some time and my lap was at the store for almost one month and I need my laptop so bad and I it wasn't fixed yet I told him I'm coming to get my laptop I don't wanted you to do anything anymore because everytime you gave me excuse and diffrent story and my laptop wasn't fixed so I came to the store I took my laptop and will never come back again and I don't recommend the Ubreak I fix in wayne to nobody because the...

Already got a price of 199 from their website and I called because I wanted to see how much a "we come to you" repair was and the ULTRA UNPROFESSIONAL person who answered the phone (after the 5th time calling) not only had a gigantic attitude like my phone call was an inconvenience for them because they had to answer the phone and do their job - she proceeds to tell me that the repair was 400 for an OEM screen or 329 for an aftermarket screen and that was before I could even say I wanted a come to me quote. VERY dishonest and deceptive when I just got a price for HALF that on your website. Real shame too since I have 3 devices that needed a screen repair. Read morei guess yall don’t want my business. came in with this cable disconnected on tuesday around 5pm . there were two guys ahead of me so i waited a bit …then when the tech took a look at my laptop, he then proceeded to make it sound like it was so complicated and a difficult of a job… then started trying to explain why but made it worse bcuz i don’t really understand tech terms and parts…i guess that’s my fault … im not a tech expert.
he then took it to the back said it has no serial number and that he can’t help me… i said ok i’ll go else where . shouldn’t he try to take the laptop apart to find the serial number ?
anyways i took the laptop back to my car and looked around the laptop and found the serial number through a sticker on the inside has he opened the laptop and looked a bit more he would’ve found it right by the keyboard …. didn’t even need to take it apart.
then i went to tech depot instead. didn’t have to explain nothing .. or give serial number nothing… charged me very reasonable price and explained the problem to me very clearly where i understood how much more id need to pay for what services and what was necessary and what was not … if i wasn’t planning on keeping it for a long time etc… in conclusion,...
