Candlelight Florist, Gifts & Flower Delivery — Attraction in Wayzata

I just had a terrible experience with this flower shop.. the woman I wanted to send flowers to is having some health problems. I wanted to try to brighten her day! She is just a friend and I wanted to surprise her with flowers. I have her phone number and her first name I did not and do not have her last name. They wouldn’t take the order without her last name and they wouldn’t bother to call her to get it. I wanted it to be a surprise from me and if I called her and asked for her address and name it wouldn’t be a surprise anymore. I wanted the flower shop to call her or text her, , but they got all put out having to do that and thought it was too difficult and got quite short with me, a customer! Never again will I use this shop! And I was going to order $100 or more of flowers. if they had wanted to charge me extra for having to call her that...

From the moment we walked into Candlelight Floral, it was a positive experience. Lesa greeted us with a huge smile and we sat down and spoke candidly about the flowers for our wedding coming up. Despite being fairly late to the game in planning, Lesa didn't blink an eye and made sure we got exactly what we needed and nothing more while making us feel confident everything would be ready on time.

They even went above and beyond on our wedding day, delivering the flowers at a moment's notice when I dropped the ball and forgot to line up someone on my end to pick up the flowers. Granted, it was a bit of luck they had enough staff to deliver day of without planning ahead of time, but the fact that they made it work anyway, demonstrated a superior level of personal service that is rare these days....

Candlelight Floral created all of the centerpieces for our last fundraiser at the Hutton House in Medicine Lake. We met before the event to discuss design and gave them a general color palette. They quickly came up with options to fit our esthetic and searched for the most beautiful and unique roses to be sure the toffee color we needed was the perfect match. Not only did they go above and beyond in preparing for the event, the final displays were gorgeous. I was absolutely blown away as the flowers were being brought in.
