The minute we walked into Grahams we knew that it was a special place. We had gone to many jewelers to look for engagement rings before finding Grahams and were never happy with what we found. Chris and team are great to work with! We wanted a place where we could trust that if something happened to our rings, they would take care of us. This is exactly what you will get when you go to Grahams. I take my rings in often to get them cleaned (by choice, not because I have to due to an insurance policy) and every time they check all my diamonds to make sure none are loose. I did have one loose the last time I went in and they took care of it and had it back to me within days. Grahams is a warm and welcoming place and I would, and do, recommend Grahams to everyone I know who is looking for a jeweler. I am positive that any time we need jewelry, we will go right to Grahams. Graham Jewelers have been wonderful to work with for the most part. However, recently my now wife purchase a seiko watch for me as a wedding gift and it was broken within two days and during our whole honeymoon. I wanted to return it and just move on from there. Graham offered to send it to seiko and have it fixed and did just that. However it’s still something you have to trust on a day to day basis that I no longer did. The manager was very short with me in the store and made no attempt at good customer service. A small local shop should have just taken the return since we have purchased many pieces from them recently and would love to continue buying more. It questionable now who we will buy from now. Graham jewelers is a wonderful place to visit and shop! Whenever I go in there, amy one of the staff give excellent service and such wonderful accommodation. It is truly one of the best shopping experiences you can have. All of the staff give excellent attention to detail and each of them are thorough , friendly communicators. A destination for sure. They make shopping for fine jewelry the pleasure it should be! Not intimidating! No pressure. I assure you, I am almost positive that I am one of their smaller customers, based on annual dollars spent, and yet I am the most important person to whoever is helping me when I am there.
