I want to start off by saying i love this store and i am a fairly regular person there, my kids also love coming here as well and seeing all the different seasonal items they put out. Today i was shopping with my 3 daughters, when it came time for me to checkout all the cashiers were very pleasant Except for Sharon. My 2 oldest sat down briefly in unmarked chairs they had at the front that were on sale…Sharon very quickly let me know that the chairs were purchased and they couldn’t sit on them, no problem. I said “oh sorry, girls get off the chairs”. One of my daughters repeatedly kept sitting on the chairs as i was waiting for my family member to finish checking out , i repeatedly told her to get off. I, the parent, was handling the situation. They were not damaging the chairs, they were simply sitting in them for less than 5 seconds each time. After a few times of me having to correct my 4 year old and tell her to get off, i walked into the main entrance to reprimand her some more. My family member ended up having Sharon as her cashier, Sharon was unaware that this was my family member…Sharon ended up talking badly about my daughter, who is FOUR, saying “she is very misbehaved, and doesn’t listen” this absolutely INFURIATED me as she does not have the right to be talking about my daughter in that manner to another customer. I immediately went back inside, confronted Sharon myself, to which she admitted she said those things, and asked for the Manager, Lydia. Who was up there the entire time, heard me telling my daughter to get off the chairs multiple times, and never once thought we were doing anything wrong. She handled the situation well, and reassured me that what Sharon did and said was wrong, and that it was not a problem. I suggested to Lydia that maybe not put purchased merchandise in the front that is not marked as “sold” “do not sit” etc as it was all unmarked. Lydia is the sole reason i will be returning back as a customer. The company needs to be made aware of how some of their employees talk badly about customers to other customers, especially a customer that is FOUR years old. I’m still truly baffled. Sharon is the type of person that makes young moms like myself hesitant to take their kids anywhere because of unwanted comments made to us about our children’s actions. I truly hope that this situation is handled and she is removed from cashier duties as she is not made for customer service or being in the front...
Read moreHello my is Brandon the other day I went into the store to take some things back for my husband client . Upon doing so I approach the corner and so happen a manger by the name of Anna assisted me. As she proceeds to do my return shes stated my ID has exceeded the limit. (Not sure why if so can that be fixed please,I have return before but never having to use my ID). I stated “ok” as I return the things back in the car. Upon re-entering back in the store do my husband was in the store as well shopping for another clients home. I see that the manager is no longer at the register anymore. As I proceed to find my husband, I see the manager. I politely stop and ask her if it was okay if my husband could do the return , because I was unsure about what was going on when I tried to return the items. She stopped and gave me a very unpleasant look and said “your husband “. She went on to reply “NO” in a very rude and unprofessional tone. Which was very rude and unnecessary. I proceed to ask another question ,she walks away back to the front of the store. I meet up with my husband and the store to explain to him the situation that took place with the return and management. We both approach the manger (Anna) at the register. My husband went on to ask “what seems to be the problem?”. She goes to state “nothing, and that you guys better get out the store because we are watching you guys. At this point we are very offended and embarrassed and Irritated. My husband goes on to ask if there was another manager available for him to speak with. As we awaited for her because she had took a customer at the moment, there was another manager leaving the building. And she stated that there’s no Corporate number and that I should file my complaint with you guys through the website. I am tremendously disappointed in the customer service that I received ,because I have a love for you guys is accessories and we use them and a lot of projects. And not sure if me or my clients will return to shop there ever again, if we have to receive harassment and customer service in...
