Amazing Experience!!! I must admit I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a jewelry store! The minute we walked in we were greeted by a kind young lady who offered us drinks and kindly gave my 3yr old a small gift. We were then shown to the area for what I was looking for where we were greeted by Dee who was AMAZING hands down from beginning to end! I cannot say enough great things about her. She was just the sweetest, kindest diamond expert who made me feel so comfortable the entire time I was there!! We chatted away like girlfriends while I tried on different earrings and took my time deciding what I wanted. Dee had the utmost patience for me as I can be indecisive at times lol. But NEVER during my time there did I feel uncomfortable, rushed or pressured by anyone which speaks volumes to me personally. We’ve been loyal 20+ yrs to another jewelry store (which I won’t name) but I feel we may have just found our new place to shop for future pieces.

I highly recommend Diamonds Direct in Baybrook as they make jewelry shopping such a fun amazing experience on so many levels!! On top of the amazing showroom they have with an abundant amount of options. Don't even waste you time elsewhere! I also HIGHLY highly recommend Dee when you visit she makes the whole experience even more amazing!!

Sidenote: They also have a small area with toys and a tv for little ones while u shop which if your a parent with little one you already know what a saving grace this is as this is what allowed me to be able to take my time and make a purchase. :) Diamonds Direct Baybrook y'all...

Where do I begin? I simply can't say enough great things about this Jeweler / Diamond Expert Lara Saliba at Diamonds Direct Houston, TX (Baybrook). From the warm welcome and smiles that we received when entering the store, the professionalism that was shown from everyone there to the absolutely stunning showroom this experience was top notch!

Lara was just incredibly amazing! My daughter and I were in town from the Dallas area to help my son as he shopped for an engagement ring. We visited many other Jewelry stores both in Dallas and Houston but by far this was our best experience. Lara was not only very knowledgeable but very personable. Her expertise was evident from the start but outside of that and what made the experience beautiful for me was that she took time to get to know each of us and genuinely wanted to understand what my son was looking for so that he was able to select the perfect ring.

She was very patient, she took time to go over the history of Diamond Direct, and explained in great detail the quality of their diamonds and all facets of it including their commitment behind their product. She showed us a variety of options and designers and was willing and able to answer all of our questions with clarity and ease. She truly made this experience seamless and memorable.
