I wanted to visit The In and Out in Webster and I went today. I got a double burger which was very flavorless, the fries were good because they are 100 percent natural. I liked the 1960’s atmosphere and all the red white decorum. I also liked the fact they have lemons and very spicy banana pepper. It is clasp very clean.
The only cons are that the drinks are filled with stevia and that they have no flavor at all. You can taste more the sugar than the beverage. It should be nice if they can clean their fountain drinks machine and review all the beverages.
Another cons for me is that compared with other fast-foods, the quantity of foods is smaller than for example Mc Donald’s or Whataburger. I wish to find a fast-food or a restaurant which serves generously very tasty foods at a good price. This would be the summum of my culinary ideal. But like they say, we can’t get all of it though I am still looking for this ideal.
Bottom line, In and Out is not a place I will return to eat as the foods are served in little quantity, the meat has no taste, the drinks are filled with artificial sugar. I will go there only to look at the decorum.
Regarding the staff, they are young and pretty much like the same as any other fast-food place: they never really smile. I understand it is a temporary job for them but at least, they should have enthusiasm as they are young. They don’t have any kind of positive energy. You find this unfortunately everywhere: deep lack of enthusiasm for working and for life, in general.
Anyway, to be totally honest, I will not recommend In and Out if you are very hungry. If you are slightly hungry, it will be ok.
I will try to visit another place in the hope to find something...
Read moreHave already gone twice ... once inside and once through the drive-thru.
Inside experience was not nearly as busy as the drive-thru... in fact, I didn't even have to wait in the line to order. The cashier was nice and attentive and punctual. He explained anything off the menu to me and was very knowledgeable. The food came pretty quickly.
First bite: The burgers were pretty good, and so were the shakes. It tastes fresh, and the shakes tasted like REAL ICE CREAM. The only con is that the fries were HARD and COLD. It's a little surprising when you're helping so many people so quickly that you think that you would always have fresh fries...
Drive through experience: I went through at lunchtime, and of course, there was a line, but they really had it figured out! Everything flowed smoothly because of the traffic attendants. There were many people taking orders, and it was pretty quick for so many people coming through. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. The price was great in my opinion for meals with shakes.
I ordered a #1 (double-double) animal style this time around, and when I said this burger was HUGE, I had to eat it with a knife and a fork! The burger seemed to taste even better this time around, but the fries are still HARD and COLD. I really wish they would fix this or give other options on the menu besides just fries. To get bad fries is such a bummer. I'll definitely...
Read moreMy family come to this location often and never had problems because the employees were always nice. But today the cashier decided to try to steal money from me. I gave him 10.01, he puts on my receipt that I gave him 6.01 so I proceed to the next window, and I kindly tell the person at the window that the cashier did not give me my change him and the other employees thought it would be a good idea to laugh and giggle (( Andy & his friends )) because I asked for my change. They think by giving somebody their money back and give Them a five dollar gift card that that’s fixing the problem. No, you should’ve did it from the beginning. Corporate corporate contacted them Ross. Her manager was supposed to come out and have a conversation with me, but Andy, who was just at the window laughing comes to my car window trying to give me a gift card to cover his friend which is the cashier so I demand it Ross to come out and have a conversation and Ross did the same thing Andy tried to do offer me a gift card instead of figuring out what’s going on and trying to cover him by saying oh “he’s an new employee” I don’t get how you mistaken a $10 bill from a five dollar and a single bill that doesn’t make sense but okay I...
