The terminal is great- the ferry service is horrible compared to before COVID. The prices have gone up significantly (because of the high gas prices). Well the gas prices have come down, but their ticket prices have not. Also, it was every 10min, but now it's every 20min. On the NY side we would have an insane amount of buses, but now they pack you in like sardines and send the bus out.

Lost a star for each - no buses, 20min, and high cost of ticket for less services

2 stars bcuz it is an 8min ride...

Inside the terminal is super clean and has cleaners, deli and convenience store, full bar, sushi restaurant and outdoor seating with great views.

Have been taking ferry for years. The ferry bus situation gets worse and worse on the Manhattan side, especially during none rush hours. Many times I have to wait for like 20 mins for the bus to arrive and to move. The company had been reducing ferry buses by too much now that it makes the NJ transit buses a cheaper and much...

Ferry terminal to New York City with a lot of amenities and easy to buy tickets. They have manned windows or a couple of kiosks as well. Inside the terminal is super clean and has cleaners, deli and convenience store, full bar, sushi restaurant and outdoor seating with great views. Friendly service, clean ferries, (relatively) affordable fares. Definitely the best way to snag some great views of NYC and WAY cheaper than regular public transit. Jersey is TERRIBLE with their tolls and fees and taxes. They deserve their horrible reputation. I feel bad for the people that have to live here.

Took the NY waterway ferry from this location (Port Imperial) to midtown. Fuss-free and efficient. There are free shuttles from The Midtown landing to bring you closer to the subway. Left the car in nearby carpark. Much more pleasant to visit Manhattan this way.

Friendly service, clean ferries, (relatively) affordable fares. Definitely the best way to snag some great views of NYC and WAY cheaper than regular public transit.
