Fought a package to this location for return , did not receive a receipt upon request , was told when a package is being sent back to sender through fedex , that fedex driving would check it in , now 2 months later the package was never returned , the owner David. Read moreI am disappointed. I went here to ship some bbq sauce. I asked the employee for my best and cheapest option. My total avg. was about $16 per unit to ship. Upon doing some of my own due diligence, I've found USPS flat rate shipping to be the best option. I could have cut my shipping cost by half. The employee never made mention or suggested anything, He stated that times are tough and shipping is high. He even whispered my total to me as there were other customers in the store ( Probably embarrassed..I paid almost $170 to ship 9 bottles of sauce ). Read moreThey Lost my PreLabeled Return package. Because I didn’t get a receipt at drop off and it was never checked in by the FedEx driver, I’m not eligible for a FedEx claim. I’m out $72. They started off helpful and I provided the information they requested. Now, they are ignoring my emails and not returning my calls.
As I previously stated, via phone and email, I have completed, and been denied by FedEx claim department due to lack of proof of drop off. The only proof I have requested is video surveillance footage from the day and time of drop off (provided, with my photo id).
