Hardee’s — Restaurant in Weeki Wachee

I am 101%, pleased with this location I walked in today and was undecided as to what I wanted and I'm currently in a major bind bouncing from house to motel to the side of the road to wherever I can comfortably be drug Free I walked in there with very little money and had two different orders in my head after my order was placed I was upset as I walked out the door but because it took them a minute to hand me my order but I am very very very happy with this location I don't very often go to Hardee's so I really was undecided on what I wanted I walked about a mile and a half down the road and sat down on the side of the road because I'm starving as I pulled my burger out of the box and wrapper and looked inside they combined both of my orders that I was undecided on and put it all on one Burger with tears in my eyes I'd like to say thank you for making my day! and if anybody heard me as I walked out I'd like to apologize you get a five-star review and I am so pleased with this location thank you for looking out for people who you can just tell or have a really hard time...

I love Hardee's don't get me wrong the food is delicious but I just waited in a Drive-Thru forever for my order was told to move up because they were still finishing so I waited even longer after I had already paid. I was giving my bag and tried to get home quickly only to realize half of my order. I call them back tell them what they forgot to give me told them my name brought my receipt and everything. I then drove all the way back to the restaurant to pick up my missing food.But my thing is if I had to go through all that and then drive all the way back to the restaurant to pick up my missing food that I should have had to begin, with you would think they would offer a coupon a booklet a free meal throw in some extra hash browns throw in an extra sandwich or something. But I got nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️Now if I would have acted crazy and been screaming and cursing at people I'm sure they would have done something to please me but because I kept my composure and I was nice I got nothing. Absolutely disgusted by the way we saw the male "manager" treating staff! Who appears to be taking his job way too seriously, and comes off as if he missed his day at the police academy! This excuse of a "man" was treating his staff like garbage! This was on Saturday February 24th around 2-3pm. We will never bring our business here again! Their is NO excuse for ANYONE to treat someone that way, especially at a minimum wage job that is barely paying the bills for most folks. I hope all of the FEMALE staff we saw are recognized for their ability to put up with such behavior, especially the poor cashier girl at the front who was made to cry in front of others! No excuses for such garbage behavior, coming from some guy whose ego needs deflating. Treat your employees better, learn to communicate "problems" effectively without being a POS.
