Do NOT order delivery. Price point is good, but when I order a pizza and live only 5 minutes away, I really don't fancy the idea of watching my driver (done through DoorDash, mind you) drive all the way across town before delivering my food ten minutes past the estimate. Worse, the food is room temperature cold, so I can't even eat it. It could have been sitting for ten minutes or four hours. Then you call their call center. If you opt to leave a message, you won't hear back at all. If you do sit through the hour wait, your very nice customer service representative will inform you that it takes seven business days to review your complaint and see if you can even get a refund. I might be out a whole $20 for a meal that no one got to eat, and I won't know for a whole week. Edit: never got a refund or even so much as a response. There was one other custom present when I was paying for our order, when the employee slung my change at me. The change slide across the counter and landed on the floor. That is when the employee just walk into the back like nothing happened. I was very angry at this but, I figured the young man was having a bad day. Then I seen that I paid close to $16 for burnt dinner. It's a shame because my wife and I like to go there on date night every weekend and I don't think we will return after being treated like I meant nothing to them as a customer. It was a cheese pizza.The second pizza was correct. I tried to call them and got one person they put me on, hold and never come back to the phone. For the next forty five minutes, I tried calling back and no one would answer the phones.It would send you directly to online ordering. I found a phone number to call on the side of the box which put me through the DoorDash, which does not take care of the problem. They will only refund you.
