Stay away!!! ZERO STARS My wife was admitted into Oak Hill Hospital for a week and I was looking for some Chinese close by. This place had the best star rating (without reading deeper into the bad reviews, and I recommend you do) so we ended up ordering to go from here. When I got it back up into the hospital room and started unpacking it I noticed they didn't give us any rice for the entrees. Ok no big deal right? I immediately noticed the Wonton soup broth was cloudy and my wife and daughter changed their minds on having any. I poured a lot of the broth down the sink to get to the Wontons that we're all at the very bottom. Well there's a reason for that. They Wontons were not cooked. It was like taking raw dough, and putting it in hot broth. I made the mistake of putting one in my mouth and I had to spit it out. Nasty. Never had raw uncooked Wontons before, but let me tell you, it's not edible and I will be lucky if I don't get really sick from it. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this dump!!! ZERO STARS I wish I read more of the bad reviews before going to this place. 🤢🤮 Edit in response to owner's comment Yes I realize your soup isn't served with rice, however your entrees like the sweet and sour chicken, which I ordered, does! The broth wasn't the issue. The Wontons were not cooked! They were all together in a pile on the bottom and were RAW dough!!! ZERO STARS! I hope your Restaurant gets shut down so no one else gets ripped off or even worse, gets food poisoning! After reading the recent reviews it's only a...
Read moreWe want to try somewhere new. We walked in, friendly atmosphere we were greeted numerous times until we sat down for dinner. The hot and sour soup was really good, a little on the sweet side but good nonetheless. I ordered the beef with eggplant in garlic sauce, my husband had the crispy beef. What made me decide that plate was because in the description they include chinese mushrooms. I got my plate tasted good again more on the sweet side, I guess that’s a Spring Hill Chinese food thing. But there were zero mushrooms, I mentioned it to the waitress and she tried saying a piece of eggplant and then a piece of beef was mushrooms - showered her on the fork ummmm no so I said please have the kitchen just make me some. She comes back wit 4 tiny slivers of a Chinese mushrooms no not 4 mushrooms but 4 slivers which was about the size of 1/3 of one mushroom. Was pretty disappointed but ate it and didn’t complain. The bill came we paid in cash and I had to ask for our change, 20 mins passed and I had to flag the waitress down to ask where is our change. The bill for 2 of us was $50, the change was $10 - we always tip 15-30% but do not assume that the change is yours when absolutely “no one” said keep it. Our first time there and very disappointed! We won’t...
Read moreI'd give this over priced nasty place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I placed a to-go order on Friday night I was the last customer. As I was walking to my car they left the premises. My food tasted so disgusting like burnt grease. I spent $24 and was unable to eat it bc it was so bad. I'm currently at oak Hill in the ICU with my mom on life support. I just now called them to explain the situation and ask them if they would remake the food. After 22 minutes of them looking for the order in their records they told me they don't show any record of the order. I told them I had the receipt in my hand and the food because I could not eat it. It tastes so burnt! They refused to make good on this. Told me they would not do anything about it because it was two days ago. I apologized and told them I would have called yesterday but was unable to due to my mother being put on life support. Unbelievably rude people with no compassion and AWFUL FOOD. The food was not edible from the moment I picked it up. It was not left out/room temperature. It was refrigerated until I was able to call the restaurant. I did not curse until I was told you would not make good on the awful food you served...
