Flagship Premium Cinemas, Wells — Attraction in Wells

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a movie theater. Me and my family of 6 got kicked out before even going into the movie because we had a bag of M&Ms we tried to bring in, and were happy to throw it out if necessary after they had mentioned it. They were extremely confrontational for absolutely no reason, and would not allow us to speak to any manager above them. They also started saying my 16 and 17 year old brothers couldn't go in without parental supervision because it was rated R, but both of our parents were with us! I cannot understand why they would do something like this on Christmas, as this is a family tradition for us. They caused such a scene over a bag of M&Ms. It seemed to me like they had been waiting for an excuse to get into it with someone. If anyone is thinking about going to this absolute dump, do not give them your money. There are plenty of nicer movie theaters around with MUCH kinder employees I'm sure. Not worth the time, money, or wasted breath. I'm sure the employees were miserable because they are working on Christmas day, but they don't have to take that out on everyone else, then act like we are the problem. They called us liars and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave OVER A BAG OF M&MS!! They had problems with everyone in my family for some reason, including my angel of a mother. They refused to give us refunds for anything, and would only give us passes to come another day. We will NEVER come back here, so why tf would we want those. I haven't been in a theater in several years and what a welcome and pleasant surprise this place was. I was expecting the old small seats all crammed together with little leg room, not too unlike economy airline seats. The seats are extremely comfortable, and adjustable with power controls- wow! And plenty of room on each side and in front as well. The theater was very clean, small with maybe 100 seats, so the screen was a great view for any one of them. The sound wasn't deafening like some I've been to. Concession was fully stocked and average prices for popcorn, drinks, etc. Good parking outside for everyone, and easily...

Just bought tickets to a movie and will never be back here again. Nothing but unnecessary data collection… had to enter email AND phone number ‘so ticket info can be texted’… uh, one or the other, no? Oh right, and then after paying (NO Apple Pay option either!!), they display the stupid bar code for the tickets on the web page… so, why was email and phone number required again? 🙄 Horrible business practice and customer ‘service’.
