We ended up on a room on the 2nd floor, not a big deal, except it was right over where breakfast is served, and has an openish floor plan, all the noise goes straight to your room. Last night there was a loud group there until 11pm, I had to call the frint desk and ask them to do something about it. The pool/hot tub was over flowing with chlorine and burned our eyes too badly to stay for long. The towels were empty and to had to go to the front desk for one, again, not a big deal except so many wet foot print puddles to the front desk left a slipping hazard. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear every creek of the beds for "sexy time" in the room next door. And of course if there is a herd of baby elephants above you (aka unruly children) to will definitely hear that too. Staff was nice, however not proactive in resolving the towels by restocking, or enforcing the quiet hours for the group in the lobby. View from our room.

Checked in and went to my room. Window was opened as far as it could with the ac cranked on high while the room was freezing. The found the pictured food crumbs and avocado seed laying underneath the desk. Was very grossed out and decided to just sit on the bed but was stopped in my tracker when nail clippings pierced my foot. At this point I was beyond disgusted and spoke with the man in the lobby to change rooms. To my surprise the next room was also freezing with the ac on high and the window opened. Not what I expected from a company trying to claim a greener style with the blatant waste of heat and electricity. The condition in the rooms were far beyond an acceptable factor with blatant oversight in the area or cleanliness. Choosing to stay here because of a rewards program was a huge mistake and will avoid this chain of hotels in the future. Avoid Avoid Avoid! This facility is not worth the little rewards that accompany it

This hotel makes you feel at home. There is a lady at the front desk named Diane. She is what makes this hotel run perfectly. I was first placed in a handicap room as the way my booking was set up before i arrived made it seem like that's what i requested. When i saw my room i went back and let her know that I didn't like that room. The beds are way lower and I like mine the standard height. She gladly changed my room for me. My room was very clean. NO bugs! I noticed someone said that in a review. That one review should be removed as it sets a bad feeling. This not the first time I've stayed here. I have been happy each and every stay. One last thing. The pool and hot tub are open. You have to request a time slot with the front desk. As only one family is allowed at a time. Have a happy and safe stay. Thanks for reading! 😊

A Perfect Stay for Our U18 Hockey Team at the Wenatchee Best Western Plus Downtown||Our U18 hockey team recently stayed at the Wenatchee Best Western Downtown for three nights, and it was the perfect choice for our group. With about 15 rooms booked, the hotel accommodated us seamlessly. Though the hotel is older, it’s been thoughtfully updated with modern touches, providing clean, comfortable rooms for our entire team.||The staff was exceptional, with one team member in particular—Zee, who works at the front desk—standing out. She was kind, patient, and had a fantastic sense of humor, making a lasting impression on everyone. Our parents had nothing but positive interactions with her, and she even came to say goodbye to us at the end of her shift, which was such a thoughtful touch.||The breakfast was another highlight. It was typical of the Best Western chain, but what really set this hotel apart was how well they kept it stocked and replenished. Even as breakfast time wore on, the staff was quick to ensure that the food never ran out, so everyone could enjoy a hearty meal. Having this included was a real money-saver, especially with a large group.||One bonus that really stood out was the coffee machine in the lobby. It offered a fantastic selection of espressos, mochas, lattes, and hot chocolate, available 24/7. In an era when many hotels are moving away from such amenities, it was a huge perk, especially since these types of drinks can cost $5–6 US at local cafes. Over the weekend, we saved a significant amount of money by enjoying the free hot drinks at the hotel, along with the included breakfast.||Our parents also enjoyed the second-floor seating area, which provided a great spot to relax and unwind. We were also grateful for the small meeting room on the first floor, where we could gather and visit late into the night, making the stay even more enjoyable and memorable.||The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s just minutes from the Toyota Town Centre Arena, making it an ideal spot for those attending events or games there. Plus, there’s plenty of shopping nearby, with stores like Target and JC Penney just a short drive away. Whether we needed something for the team or simply wanted to browse, it was all easily accessible.||The players really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After a long day of games and practices, it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a great way to keep the team energized and ready for the next day.||Several of our parents also took advantage of the hotel’s amenities. One parent used the gym to work out, while another appreciated the convenience of the laundry facility. And for the kids, the fast Wi-Fi was a huge bonus—fast enough for them to play Fortnite in their rooms without any issues!||Overall, the Wenatchee Best Western Downtown offered outstanding service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere for our entire group. Thanks to Zee and the rest of the staff, our stay was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back if we ever have games in...

There are way better hotels in Wenatchee than this place. This was my second stay at this BW+, and I am a BW rewards member and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. The first stay was pretty bad, but I believe in second chances. Don't remember seeing such disregard and couldn't-care-less about customers anywhere ever.|Got in about 10 pm the first night, not a parking spot ANYWHERE. Was told to park my car along a curb somewhere and pray that it doesn't get smacked. And I wasn't the last person to check in that night. It was a mess. |Breakfast is pretty bad, but being that it was included, it is what it is. There are only about 6 tables, so many people had to stand and hold their plates while they ate. What a joke. |Headed to Leavenworth and walked around A LOT the entire day, knowing that we'd be able to hit the hot tub later that night to soothe some sore muscles. Nope.|Got back and turned the dial to turn the hot tub on and the chlorine coming out burned our eyes and we couldn't breathe. That bad. On top of that the pool area was a mess - no towels to use to dry off but a few towels were at the bottom of the pool. Like, underwater. |Went to the front desk to tell the lady behind the counter. Eventually she was nice enough to put her cellphone down to pay attention to our concerns. She said she'd call the maintenance guy to fix it. After 20 or so minutes went back out to ask her what was going on. She said he'd fix it the next day, and that it was his day off. Of course, she answered after she was able to finish her texts to whomever she was chatting with. They printed out a 1/2 piece of paper saying the pool area was closed until further notice and taped it to the door, making us SOL. |Checking out the next day, I noticed they double billed my credit card. As if that wasn't the final insult, I told the lady behind the counter that was just one of many issues we had, and instead of asking "how can we do better or make it right?", her question. "If you don't mind me asking a dumb question, but why do you keep coming back?" And that's all you need to know about this poor business. My response: "I believe in second chances, but don't worry, there won't be a 3rd." Do yourself a favour and check out the many other fine establishments in this town. This ain't...
