Mandatory 2 Week Cancelation notice?!? I've seen airlines be more lenient! This company will "forget" to cancel your membership then bill you for it. Citing their 2 week notice for cancelation. I asked the front desk agent to cancel my member ship when leaving the gym for my last day. They must have forgot which is fine, but when I saw the pending charge on my bank account I called and they refused to cancel it saying that they require 2 weeks notice? Why the heck would they need 2 weeks notice?! This seems like a greedy policy and they are already the most expensive gym in Wenatchee. This really sucks because I actually really liked working out there and planned on returning. Just needed to cancel to save some money as I don't have much to...

Nice gym. Been there a long time and they refresh the decor/machines and keep up the restrooms/showers very nicely. The owner has a history of supporting local athletic events and culture - which is neat. I used to frequently work out there as a day guest as once often had business in Wenatchee, but then moved so today was my first visit back in 8 years or so. Still clean and tidy. The fake turf in one portion of the exercise area is interesting; not yet sure if I like or dislike the fake grass, but kudos to the gym for trying something different. I'm in town for work, and needed a gym more extensive than my hotel.

Someone recommend Worx, and I'm glad they did! Big, beautiful, and clean! Top of the line equipment + smoothie bar, spacious and stocked locker room, fitness room, etc. Only thing missing was a sauna (maybe there was a sauna, but I didn't see one and didn't ask)!

Reid at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
