This is gonna be a long one: We recently bought two chairs. Our sales representative was Denise and she was great. She answered all of our questions, was personable, and helped us all throughout the buying process. I was instructed to call the day before I wanted to pick up the chairs. This way, the chairs could be put together, fully scotch guarded, and fully dry before I picked up. So I did. The next day I even called to make sure no one would be at lunch etc. I signed the paperwork for pick up and proceeded to parked outside of the door instructed, and wait. An employee checked in with me, asked my name and went to get my chairs. The employee reappeared with a chair that was NOT mine, and then went to retrieve MY order and was gone for about 15 min. After telling me that the chairs were not even put together and that it would be an additional 10 minutes, I said that's fine, and asked if they were at least scotch guarded. The employee told me no... So I said that I would be back the next day to get them. I went back upfront and asked the front desk for my paperwork I had signed. I explained what happened and that I would be back tomorrow for my chairs. Later the same day, I received a phone call from Sabrina, in management. She informed me that they would make sure everything got done and they would deliver the chairs to my house. Everything worked out, until that evening when we discovered that the chairs were not scotch guarded, or VERY LIGHTLY done. It is pretty obvious when a protective coating has been done. So I called Sabrina back. She informed me that she would get ahold of the appropriate person to help. By the end of the day, Sabrina told me to expect a call the following day from someone that would help me. It has now been 4 days with no phone call. So, all in all...my order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Not even put together or treated as paid for and agreed upon. Yes, my chairs were delivered.. however, they are still not treated, and the customer service I have received after paying for my items is severely lacking. Would NOT recommend...

After a completely horrible, awful experience with ordering furniture via Ashley online, we went to Davis in desperation because we had family coming from out of town and no where for them to sit as Ashley kept pushing our delivery date back.
Sabrina was so helpful and understanding on the phone. When we got to Davis, she set us up with Kellie who took our experience from good to GREAT! She showed us options that were similar to what we had ordered from Ashley online and was so helpful and personable, not pushy, and gave us time/space to talk amongst ourselves. Overall amazing 🤩
We picked out a new couch on Wednesday and paid for it on Thursday and was told it would be delivered by Friday. And guess what? It was!! The delivery happened exactly as we were told it would which was super refreshing considering we had been waiting for 2 months for our furniture from Ashley online.
The guys that delivered the furniture were super nice and accommodating when we asked if they could put down blankets on the floor because we have brand new carpet and don’t want shoes on it. They then took it a step further and asked me for plastic bags to tie around their shoes! They were patient while we decided where we wanted the couch and we are very happy with how they put everything together.
Overall, our experience with Davis was just phenomenal. Their kissing cancer goodbye sale also made it a super easy decision - can’t beat 40% off! I will never shop at a big box furniture store again and for as long as we live in Wenatchee, Davis will be our only stop for furniture.
Disclaimer: Davis does also sell Ashley furniture. As we chose to purchase something that wasn’t an Ashley product, I can’t speak to that experience. In hindsight, I do wish we would have just ordered the Ashley couches through Davis rather than doing it online, as I’m sure it would have...
   Read more**RE-REVIEW I quickly received a phone call from Sarah at Davis Furniture who was very apologetic for the miscommunication with the previous salesperson. She referred me to her Sales Manager Kasey who was VERY helpful and sent me additional sleeper sectional options in our price range. We found exactly what we were looking for a very reasonable price! I'm very glad Sarah/Davis Furniture reached out to gain our business again. Very happy with help/service we received from Davis Furniture/Sarah and Kasey. We will be back!
Was looking for a sleeper sectional for our vacation rental we just purchased. Sales gal showed us a Lazy boy sectional that we liked however she needed to get back to us on the pricing as it was a new couch in the Lazy Boy line. After a couple days we were quoted $4800 base price for the couch before tax and delivery. When I explained that that was more that we were looking to spend the saleswoman asked what our price range was (told her between $2k and $2400) said she would look at other options for us in that price range and would email options. It's been a week and still nothing. I feel like they didn't want our business because we didn't want to spend a large amount of money on the sectional.
