i had a very bad experience tonight ag that certain location. My mother, bother, and I all decided to go to your theater tonight. My mom will be going away for a while tomorrow and we chose to spend our time before she leaves tomorrow at your establishment. We paid almost $50 alone on our 3 tickets for the 6:30 show of Wonka. We get there and spend another $50 on food and then proceed into the movie. We then walk through and not one person stops us and asks for a ticket or anything which they never do so people constantly dont buy tickets and just walk through but WE DID even knowing that. Then the movie begins and the guy’s phone goes off next to us which was annoying but i ignored it. i then take a picture of the beginning screen (as everyone does) so i could post on social media to promote your business. I then put away my phone and watched the movie. We had been talking a little ABOUT the movie. But it was not loud nor was it on the phone. So then the same people that had their phones go off next to us, flash their flashlight while taking a video at us before walking away. Mind you were just enjoying our $100 movie we just purchased just trying to spend time with my mom before she leaves and we get flashlights shined on us for no reason and with no warning. So he walks away and goes to get Jeremy T (a manager or worker). They walk up the steps and the guys yells “ its them right there” and points to us. To our confusion Jeremy walks up to us and without asking us a question tells us to get up and that we need to leave. When we asked why he said “we got complaints that you’re on your phone taking calls. To which we said no we aren't are you seriously kicking us out? And he replied yes im serious you need to come with me. We stand up and go with him and the people who complained then flicked us off. Completely unprovoked. We get outside of the theater and start asking him why this was happening. He then says again we got complaints of you being on the phone calls and you cant do that. We said one we were not on the phone and all 3 of us showed him our call logs proving it and two where does it even say that. And he said at the beginning of the movie which it does say to silence your phone WHICH we did. I got very upset during this conversation because my mom is leaving and we are just trying to enjoy the movie. And im a people pleaser already i dont do things to make anyone elses life harder than it has to be. We then also complained about them not even checking tickets and he said were too slow to check them. Which is ridiculous if im paying for them. I also asked for a partial refund to make up for the inconvenience and he denied saying the movie was almost over anyway. Which isnt the point. The movie had 20 minutes left and we spent 100$ to watch it. And had no waring saying hey be quiet dont get on the phone or even get asked what happened. we immediately get embarrassed, kicked out, and movie ruined. I said id be contacting corporate and he said well im not technically kicking you out yet he already said we had to leave and made us exit the theater. I then asked for a way to contact you guys and he said “ go look on the website “ & I think this is absolutely ridiculous that you guys operate this way. Especially with how much you guys charge. I have spent so much money in the last year with you guys because I genuinely liked visiting your theater but never will i again. Your management had no regard to us or or side...

It's clean, the seats are comfortable, the place is very state-of-the-art, its local, and has everything one would expect and want from a movie theater... This is were it stops though... I'll begin by saying that I've been to the B&B on three occasions now... All three times I've been the theater has experienced "technical difficulties" the first time I attended the lights refused to dim until about a half hour into the movie. (You can barely see the projector screen when a room is lit if you have never experienced this for yourself) The staff was informed immediately, but still couldn't seem to manage their equipment. On this occasion we were compensated nothing although I could only make out audio for the first part of the movie. It ruined the experience for sure... The second time I attended, the problems started almost immediately... Five minutes into the previews the projector failed causing the screen to go dark and the movie to completely stop... The staff was informed and after about five minutes the movie began to play again, only this time it stopped about fifteen minutes after the movie started... They reset the projector once again, but it failed three more times before they told myself and the rest of the patrons that they would not be playing the movie... They made up for this, not by refunding the ticket price, but with a simple re-admit ticket... Here's the issue now, I had already spent the copious amount of money to buy popcorn, snacks, soda, ect. I actually paid someone to watch my kids. I spent the money to drive to the theater; but worse yet, I go to redeem this re-admit ticket (same as before, babysitter, drive up there ect..) All to have the ticket sales tell me that all of the seating was sold out 45 minutes before the movie... So I had to settle for reserving next day seats (terrible seats btw, because that show had seats reserved already as well) here's the deal guys... I've been in customer service (retail, restaurant, private business) I'm absolutely NOT one to complain... I'm a very hard customer to irritate, because I always give the benefit of the doubt to the business because I've dealt with overly entitled, whiney customers for years... but in this case I've given all the patience I could to this business! I was SO excited to finally have a theater in Wentzville, and believe me, no ones more disappointed than me at this point... This has been the first time I have ever been compelled to write a negative review for a business, and I've given several chances for B&B to rise to the occasion and take care of me as a customer... The service itself was not very good (teenagers on their cell phones too busy talking to each other to help, kind of situations) but I could look beyond that... All I want to see is the movie after all, but it seems I can't even accomplish that... Something I would have never thought would be an issue at a theater... Hope you guys step it up... B&B could be an awesome place to see movies. Hopefully if I ever decide to return a few years down the road they have the kinks worked out, but as of now... It's not...
