This place is so bad it honestly ruins our nice community. The stuff ur about to read happens on the North side of St. Louis not out here. For starters my mother picked up a bag of food after waiting 35 mins. She asked the lady (who is blonde, probably 35 years old and fake tans way too much she looked orange) "whats in the bag?" and she says "food." now her smart comment wouldn't have been a problem if she didn't mess up our order and completely forget a whole meal in the bag. I go back up there and try to get the order they failed to give us, and this chick is laughing at us. She tries to come up to the window to fight us.When all we said was that very rude and unprofessional, thats it. THE MANAGER was HIGH off opiates!! He looked he was having a seizure! He was a bit tanner with black hair and probably 25-30 yrs old. His eyes kept rolling into his head, but still open at the same time. There 2 times he almost fell out the window talking to us. Everyone was bumping into each other, spilling stuff, picking up bags and putting them back over and over. I realized the ENTIRE crew had been popping pills. I call them out and he says they wont make our food anymore and GIVES ME BACK CASH when i paid card. I said thats how i know ur messed up rn!! Please dont go here there is no way these ppl are making our food in safe & sanitary ways. The manager couldnt even tell me what day it was!! I asked him and he just glared into space...
Read moreOne star is to many. I have never in my life been to a restaurant that treats it's guests so horribly. No managers to be found. The very rude older woman at the register was calling customers dumb and completely ignoring us. After ordering and paying the same very rude lady informed me they were out of everything I ordered and ask an employee standing behind her, how I was so dumb to order that food because I'm supposed to know their inventory as a customer with no signs posted to let us know. They refused to refund my money and the multiple other customers around me, who wanted refunds for not having the food they ordered and being called dumb by the employee. How can a restaurant let it's employees act like that or talk like that to it's customers and then proceed to do nothing about it. I did not get the food I ordered and they refused to refund I'm sorry but that is stealing. Horrible, horrible, and horrible would be the 3 words I would choose to describe this location. Read moreI have visited this Burger King several times in the past and have no problems except that they are always slow. However, today we visited and several things went wrong.
One of our dinners included iced tea and since the iced tea dispensers were not out at the drink bar, the girl who took our order had to fill the cup. She only gave about 10% ice which was not enough to cool down the tea.
When we placed our order, I gave my name which was never called, as far as I know. Since there was only one other couple there, I'm sure we would have heard my name called.
After waiting 13 minutes, I went to the counter and found our food. It was only luke warm. If they called my name and didn't hear it, she certainly should have called it again or delivered it to our table since there is only one other couple there. It shouldn't just be left there getting cold.
