Bad Bad, like Tweety bird says, I was barely pulling the door to enter & this Worker w a cowboy hat on was asking me to put mask, I told him we don't need masks anymore Gov Abbott, took them off He said no he left it up to buss...n I told him that's not right... everyone knows that he was talking since May , to take him off, & took them off some time the 1 st week of June...he said they will sue if any buss requiring masks, I should call About & report that, so they can handle that 🤠 want to be.. he's rude don't know why a lot of immigrants come to US & just cause they work somewhere , learn some English, or open a small buss they think 🤔 they own America...but they don't...they need to get their facts straight learn to have respect for ppl, have ppl skills, be humble instead they think they own...
Read moreCalled these guys up and asked if the carry a specific cable i needed and they told me yes. I live about 20 to 30 min away from there so go to buy the cable. I show up and they had they cable i needed ready the only problem is that it wasn't the cable i needed nor did they even carry the cable. I asked very specifically for the cable by name and it's function. What kind of ppl do they got working in this store? Wasted an hour in drive time to be told "oh you have to buy that online we don't sell it" when the guy that answered the phone if he had listened to what i specifically asked for could've told me...
Read moreI like Hermes, what I don't like is their price tag system. Sometimes you just want know the price of something and move on, that is not the case at this Hermes store. Items have a tag that all say "special price" but there is no price on the tag, you have to ask a worker for the price, he has to stop what he is doing, go the item in question, get þma number from the tag then check for actual price on computer. That has to be done for everything in that store, not very convenient at all for both consumer and employee. They need to go back to good...
