While promoting the lavender drink with oat milk, I ordered chai tea latte with oat milk, employee advised me they had no âoat milkâ. BUT turns and offers me the lavender drink with OAT MILK. I didnât get anything but she advised me while I walked out âNO OTHER STARBUCKS HAS OAT MILKâ I was already at the door when she loudly expressed it. TODAY, I went to drive-through ordered my chai tea with oat milk. As it happens, most of the time employees donât pay attention to the customers order while handing a drink/food, my drink was handed to the car in front of me. I advised the guy when I got to the window I didnât want it because it was already handed to another customer. He was strongly urging that it was not my drink. The drink he handed to the customer was a âonline orderâ The drink, the customer got in front of me was a grande. Mine was a Venti. So it was a totally different drink that the customer had ordered in front of me. Thereâs million dollar companies out here who have employees who are incompetent of doing a simple job but yet treat customers like we are stupid.    Read moreMobile ordered a coffee at this store and when I came to pick it up they told me I can only order through drive-thru. The drive-thru was 10 cars deep at this point and not only was I being told to wait I also wouldâve gotten cold coffee by the time I went through it. Defeating the whole purpose of mobile ordering I just asked for a refund. The lady was confused about the mobile order payment and came out to my car to talk to me. Keeping the ten cars in line waiting for even longer. She then offered to take my phone to refund my Apple Pay. This whole thing starter because I couldnât walk inside and get my mobile order but she can come out not wearing gloves to take me card or phone for a refund. I asked why she couldnât just bring the coffee out and she said it wasnât fair to the other cars waiting in line. But we can waste 15 minutes with the refund process??? I understand the COVID-19 protocols but this was the worst process. Maybe staff more so the line isnât long and have people only come in for mobile orders and wear gloves and donât touch strangers phone. Just my suggestion because I not only left without coffee this whole process...
   Read moreGreat customer service! Ordered Sunday afternoon through app outside in the parking lot. App stated it would be 5 minutes. Walked in and immediately great by friendly staff. Was asked if I had a name for my order and that they were working on it. Order was not delayed nor did it take long to complete. Staff apologized for the wait. Told him there was no need to apologize as waiting time not an issue. Loved the raspberry beverage. OMG!!! Delish!!!!!... Thank you folks for your professionalism and hard work. We know that their are some tough customers out there but you folks deal with it in a professional manner and we live in a small world in weslaco. Ive been at Starbucks on a friday morning. Folks just giving those nasty stares at you all as you work the orders.
