I'm a regular customer at the OfficeDepot print center in Salt Lake and Draper. But, I had my second bad experience with this location today and I feel like the management should know: Yesterday I emailed the print center two images and asked for 4" coupons on thick card-stock, when I arrived to pick them up today they weren't cut into coupons, they we're printed 4 to a sheet. I asked if they could cut them into coupons and they said that their cutter was broken and they wouldn't be able to do it until later today. I told them I don't have a cutter, hence why I ordered them from Office Depot. Ended up using one they provide for customers for 75% of them until it broke, then they took the rest back and finished. They also told me to be more specific in my email. Also, I realized they could've fit 2 more coupons per sheet so I was overcharged. And while this happened I watched a lightbulb explode in the print center and had a forklift drive right behind me. I'll be avoiding this Office...
Read moreI purchased a Logitech keyboard. Used it for 2 days. Still kept the protective film on it. The box it came it was accidentally recycled the morning of day two. I decided I would try to exchange the keyboard for a better one. The k360 is really not great—the keys shake like crazy when typing. Well, the manager told me I couldn’t return it without the box. He told me they can’t ship it back to Logitech without the packaging but they could give me a new one. That makes literally no sense, why do I want the same product? The manager not very helpful. I walked past an employee probably 3 times looking at the signs hung above each aisle... this guy was too busy looking at his cell phone to say "hello sir what can I help you with or help you find" ... When I finally approached him he gave me an aisle number walked off with his cell phone in hand and put me in the wrong aisle.... What are we dealing with these days with employees that are more wrapped up in their cell phones than providing good customer service?
Amended.. so someone from customer service support reached out to me and said send us your phone number and email so that we can fix things... Never heard...
