Stopped in after brunch a few weeks ago just because the window display was so pretty. I didn't remember the name of the shop until I walked past again today. While peeking around inside I marveled at their large and gorgeous selection of everything chic & cute. That being said, I believe it was a Saturday or Sunday afternoon so the store had a number of shoppers. Oddly enough my boyfriend was the only person of color in the store and seemingly we were the only people that the clerk felt the need to follow around the entire store, to every room and shelf that interested us. Not the first time I've seen this happen to him but was expecting more from a shop in a neighborhood like Wicker. After asking us at least half a dozen times if we needed assistance in the span of the few minutes that we were there (after we declined multiple times and informed her we were just browsing) we were made so uncomfortable by her that we just left. Guess the clerk got what she wanted and won't have to deal...

I had a personal run-in with him that didn't sit well with me, and I walked out without buying the stuff I'd picked out earlier. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I can't get behind this kind of behavior. And it's not just me – after checking the reviews, it's pretty clear this guy doesn't even bother acknowledging most of the negative...

I stopped in today to browse the selection of vintage scarves and one Chanel in particular I was going to purchase. When I tried the scarf on with the female sales associate, the owner screamed at me from across the store. She apologized and stated he doesn’t “like people trying them on”
If I am going to spend $300 or more on an item you better believe Im going to see how it looks on. Instead of being yelled at like a dog across the store, I could have been approached in a better way. I have never put my credit card away faster and left a store.
Carlos is rude, disorganized and I will...
