
Old vegetables and fruits. I have been going to this supermarket for almost 20 years. It had changed the name and owner, however, I felt the decline of the qualities over the years. For example, I was really trying to buy some fresh onions for many times, but I couldn't pick up even one fresh onion from three different kinds of onions. The same thing happened to yams and tomatoes, etc. They seem not to throw away the rotten fruits and vegetables. Therefore, you will either buy the rotten ones or you will not get what you want. Read moreThe dim sum in the grocery store is amazing and reasonably priced. I used to go to Chinatown in downtown LA to get this dim sum. Their shrimp won ton soup with rice noodle is pretty amazing too, large serving enough for two. Pecking duck yummy! There is also a Japanese noodle house with delicious soups, they have happy hour and serve beer, sake and appetizers at a very reasonable price. The place next to the Japanese restaurant serves drinks with boba and is frequented by a young crowd. The market provides a great selection of Asian products. The fruit and veggies are fresh.
