My fiancee and I went to Kevin Jewelers knowing that we wanted a vintage, rose gold, wedding ring set. We were greeted by NANCY, and asked to see her rose gold wedding ring sets. Nancy quickly pulled out the one that she thought looked nice for my fiancee. It was beautiful, and "checked all the boxes" that we were looking for in the wedding set, without us telling Nancy what exactly we were looking for. However, we still wanted to look at all of the other diamond cuts and settings, along with different band options. Nancy was patient, and explained many differences to us. IN THE END, WE PURCHASED THE FIRST RING THAT NANCY POINTED OUT. SHE KNOWS HER RINGS.

Next we moved on to men's rings. I was sure that I wanted a black ring upon arrival at the store. However, Nancy pulled out a Tungsten ring that she thought would look nice. I then proceeded to try on almost every ring.

ONCE AGAIN, I PURCHASED THE FIRST RING THAT NANCY PULLED OUT. ALL OF THE RINGS THAT NANCY SUGGESTED, COMPLIMENTED OUR SKIN TONES AND FIT OUR FINGERS WELL (NOT TOO BULKY, AND NOT TINY). THANKS NANCY!

We must have gone on the right day, 7-13-2019, because my fiancee's ring was 50% off of the marked price, and we received a bracelet, a set of earrings, my men's wedding band, and a 2 night stay in Tahoe, for free.

On Friday 2/9/2024 i walked into Kevin’s jewelry to find a ring for my husband. I was greeted by Miriam right away and was very attentive to what I was looking for. She showed me a couple rings and once I found the right one she informed me that I could get it in payments. Miriam then talked to the clerk and she took over with the paper work (unfortunately I did not get her name but she was great) Once 3 clock hit and there was a shift change Cynthia took over and everything went down hill , Cynthia would only give me one word answers or just nod. When I would try to ask questions since this was my first time ever buying a high end ring she would answer with the most annoyed face . I honestly wanted to walk out and cancel everything but I knew it was a little to late for that Once she told me that my ring would be ready by Thursday the 15th I told her no I’m buying this for Valentine’s Day she looked at me turned around and went to talk to the man inside She comes back and says it will be ready Tuesday the 13th . Not a problem however I asked if my sister can pick it up she responds I need her id with her stanky face and proceeds to treat my sister the exact same way Once my sister wrote down her information she handed me an envelope and went about her day Never explained to me what was inside never said thank you or have a nice day.
