Gengis Khan — Restaurant in West Covina

First time reviewing, been coming here off and on for a little over a year. Food is always good, line can get crazy at times. At times I don't think the grill gets cleaned enough, but that is just me.

In regards to the lady talking about the rude cashier... The cashier is not new, been there for over a year. Also, because it's a restaurant setting, they all talk about the goings on during their days. I was a customer at Panda Express just prior to close and I heard about how some lady got crazy with the cashier at GK that calls everyone sweetheart, sweetie or hon. Heard about how security had to escort her and her son out after she threw her bowl of food at the cashier station. Kind of like when monkeys get pissed in the jungle and sling poop...

They did not follow directions on the online order through Uber eats they barely put any meat and three meals I asked for two chicken and one beef with two chickens are not supposed to be spicy and they're not supposed to have any jalapenos guess what spicy and with jalapenos the beef is supposed to be spicy but I could barely eat it I put miles this thing is so hot and make my stomach burn and then the packaging was atrocious the bottom meal was broken open which was my meal there was liquids everywhere couldn't use their utensils or their napkins the driver that delivery driver is lucky he didn't have a big mess...

You get a bowl that you can fill with meat and veggies. You then hand the bowl to the cook and he'll grill it (no BBQ involved )on huge round flat top with noodles. The downside is amount meat you can get. They cut it thin, roll it up with a hole in the middle, and freeze it. This limit the amount you can put in the bowl. The more meat you put in your bowl, the more air you put in too. The combo comes with a bowl, a drink, white rice and soup.

Update: I've noticed they don't take the gain into consideration when they slice the meat. Some of the meat is sliced with the grain and can be pretty tough after...
