West Covina Library — Attraction in West Covina

This library is CLOSED for renovations. Book drop off in the outside container is working and the librarians try to keep our hopes and spirits up. They by keep children and teen activities plugged into the community with contests, promotions like teen read month Bingo, activity kits and Cover to Cover Club. Then there is the sidewalk service. The Librarians are killing it and deserve 5+ stars.. However West Covina library seems to be facing down the longest renovation in library history where apparently little if anything is being done to complete renovations. Those causing the delay get Zero stars. It is time for a Town Hall meeting to keep residents informed and hold accountable those responsible for the unprecedented seemingly...

Based off of my first time going here i give it 2 stars because there are some homeless people in and around the library that disturbs the public. It's not too bad. Also, the staff seems unfriendly or suspicious of everyone, especially if the person isn't a regular customer. I went in and out of the library two times to answer an important call in regards to work. I did not want to answer my call in the library because it would disturb the other customers. One of the staff was looking at me suspiciously. I just ignored her and took a seat because I knew I wasn't doing anything wrong. I noticed that I've got a lot of stares, i don't know why. I'm just a regular customer like...

Dianne is a great librarian but the guy working next to her at the information spot is very uneducated I have a mental disability and came in with my service dog and he didn't bother anyone and he harassed us the whole time after I got my new library card and he even asked what kind of disability my dog is service for which is very illegal and no place is allowed to ask that ever I think he should be educated on how to treat people with disabilities and service animals were not required to prove anything to you , next time please be more welcoming...
