“Expectation not Met “

Me and husband Order Wings Meal Very very salty ! Not recommend at all! We don’t ask for SALAD anymore because few times we got it with MOTHS FLYING ALL OVER ALL SALAD ! Air conditioner is partially working ! We go to eat out because we want to enjoy a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere , but not Red Robin’s. LIZA the night manager today 08/11/24 Sunday needs to work on her management skills and how to APPROACH CUSTOMERS ! It’s important to treat customers with respect and keep customers for life for the restaurant. , not making customers feel uncomfortable ! The way the economy is , she should be more careful how to treat people! Customers pay her salary , should be more tactful the way she handles misunderstanding with their waitress and customers! She shouldn’t assume that was the customer mistake for a misunderstanding! That’s big mistake you will leave Red Robin’s without customers if you continue handling miscommunication assuming is customer fall ! Nor returning anymore here, We were already disappointed with the SALAD MOTHS in our food , but we were giving another chance with their wings , but definitely it’s not worth it !

Something I want to be fair their waiters , man’s and woman’s are very nice ! That we will miss , coming here for so many years , it’s because we like it the service, but things change , it’s time to move ! Our problem is that we get attached to places, and then we are loyal , but it’s time to go somewhere else !

We are customers for years , my husband take my son after school at least 3 time a week for lunch , but definitely thinking to not returning here ! When we go we spend at least $75 for 3 people, it’s not worth anymore!

Nasty food and lousy food preparation. Ordered 2 cheese fondus, server brought one, where is the other? She goes back to get it meanwhile realize our 1st serving was cold. Been through this before but some reason, returned for another visit a year later. So server comes back and we ask to have the 1st warmed up only to find the 2nd is just as bad as the 1st after she walked away. She returns and again, not even hot. She asked if I wanted it in the microwaved or a new bowl. Geezes, I just want hot cheese. Ended up having to fetch about 4 or 5 bowls before the stuff was even hot enough to call warm. At this point, I gave up and just ate it almost warm, which sucked. Fries are hard and cold as well. Then the fish n chips were nasty. Had some lumps in the fish. Well now I know what it's like to eat a tumor, several. I'm type 2 but watch my diet well (and hard exercise) as to avoid meds and remain natural so I know what it's like to eat GOOD food and RR is not it. Nasty fake chemical type food that is no way even close to healthy. BTW, the homemade pizza is not real either. Nothing there is good imo and I'll never go back. I said that last time but had a weak moment seeing other restaurants were too crowded that day, took a chance and lost. TERRIBLE with a capital T. Only reason I gave the service a 2 is because our waitress was very sweet. But that doesn't make up for the nasty food, lousy prep, and...

Hello everyone, Normally I love eating here, but last Saturday was the last straw.

This makes me very sad to write, i love this place but Saturday was a mess. Those in Management, PLEASE (sorry for caps) encourage your employes not to reach over the wall on the walk way to give us our order, it makes it difficult for the server and makes us worry if they are going to drop the stuff.

I wish that was it but there was more, we got cheated on our appetizers , normally we get more Chili Cheese fries, but we got a total of 7 Fries with even less chili on top of it.... talk about bad portions. and yet we were still charged in full for that... Management , why do you allow my meal to be skimped down cheaply ?

We got our orders wrong too, i ordered the Chicken wrap, my lady ordered a burger, but we got our orders mixed up.

Well after all that, when it came time for the check, the server ran off with our change... you know guys if we are paying with CHANGE it means we can't tip right? I know you guys work hard, but when we are paying with quarters , you guys should at least give us our change back and not pocket it Mr. Terrance.
