Events Center West — Attraction in West Des Moines

I attended a wedding reception at Events Center West a few years ago and was impressed with how they upgraded the venue from when it used to be Billy Joe's.

After spending what felt like forever searching other venues and ultimately deciding that I didn't want a venue where I had to pay for the venues food vendors, I ended up reaching out for a price quote for my wedding. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing and Cindy is great to work with and very accommodating!!

Events Center West is truly a hidden gem! The price was amazing and Cindy was just great. The venue was big enough for our 250 guest list for both the ceremony and reception. It is attached to a bar which was nice as we were able to us their liquor license. We were able to bring in a caterer of our choice which also helped to keep costs low. I can't tell you how much I appreciates our venue. We had to reschedule due to COVID19 but when the actual event happened it went off...
