The parking situation is horrendous. It was bad before they started construction out front but now they cut front parking down to almost nothing. You either have to park in the garage or in the back overflow parking lot behind the theater because there are NEVER any parking spots in front. Getting carry out from one of the restaurants? Oh forget about it in the winter!!! Itâs fridgid because the wind is directed right in the area where you can walk from the theater to Scottyâs Brewhouse. Not to mention the awful smell!!! I hope itâs just because of construction, but Iâm sure itâs because itâs close to the water. It smells like an outdoor toilet. So frustrating. I feel bad for the people who work here. Seems like youre in danger of getting towed wherever you park. I have yet to see a free parking sign for the theater. Other than that, you are sure to have an...

A real missed opportunity for a great piece of real estate close to Purdue and downtown Lafayette. I definitely wouldnât relish the thought of another endless reconstruction project but I really wish they could start from scratch and build it with people, the environment, and businesses in mind....
