I placed an order on Wednesday for flowers for my mother for mother's day. She lives in Austin with my sister. I expected to hear that they were all booked up and couldn't take the order. Instead, Ralph took the order promptly and said they would take care of it. Today, Friday, the flowers were delivered. There is a gate code which I didn't know about so Ralph called to find out what the code is. I had to call my sister, who did not answer. I then called her son who did not answer immediately but called me back within a few minutes. I told him about the delivery man at the gate and he took care of it.
