Read moreI shop here a lot because they have gluten flour that no other store has. Besides, it is only 6 minutes away from my home, but today I felt very uncomfortable. The reason is that when I came here to buy flour, I saw that the cherry was particularly good, and the price on it was 3.99, so I picked up a bag by the way, but when I checked the receipt after paying, I found that the price had changed by 5.99 one pound. There was nothing to it, I could return it, but when I got in line for the refund, there were three people in front of me, and they took out their receipts and refunded it smoothly, I thought I should be able to go home soon. When it was my turn, I said hello. I'd like to return this bag of cherries. Here's my receipt. The staff didn't check my receipt at first, but called another person to check the surveillance and confirm that the bag of cherries was not stolen by me before they began to refund me, without any explanation, only saying that they wanted to confirm it. What needs to be confirmed? What else do I need to confirm with the cherry and the receipt? It's blatantly racist because I'm Asian. I didn't complain to them on the spot, but when I got home I felt terrible and I would never come back and never accept any...
Read moreSpoke to the manager as I was checking myself out one day. Told him that I'd been in after working a 10 hour day, had a cart full of groceries, couldn't get even one of the 5 employees to check me out. All 5 we're standing down near the end of the checkout section, about 20 ft away. Just standing there talking to each other. Manager apologized. Went back one last time and the self checkout was not functioning properly. I didn't even bother asking beforehand if someone would check me out. Unfortunately, nobody would help even after the malfunctioning self checkout wouldn't allow our purchase to go through. I'LL NEVER GO BACK! We are paying them to sell things to us, then we do all the work in order to obtain the purchase. I'm lucky to even have the energy to go through the process of grocery shopping after work. I'm not only handpicking each item I'm buying. I'm doing the entire process from beginning to end, without any assistance from even...
