Valley Forge Marketplace — Attraction in West Norriton Township

Just noticed this says it's for Valley Forge Marketplace, this is for Aldi in KOP. 1 star. Watch out you might get harassed by the workers. I understand people have bad days but it is completely unprofessional for an employee to take out their bad day on you and then have a coworker jump in to the volatile situation. Reported to the manager but honestly it seemed it was intimated by the workers. Everyone has bad days but you should be able to feel safe by the staff not attacked, they should set the precedence. Customer service is difficult but what they did was extremely unprofessional.

Update 3/7/23 Seems the people in question weren't there. More pleasant staff but needs better management. Stark difference between Lidl & Aldi and I believe its policies and staffing as well as cleanliness of the store: I would update them to 3 stars but not anymore then that. Get a lot of my shopping done here. Get a lot of my mobile gaming done here. Tons of options around you when coming in or going out - so you have loads of flexibility and extras. Strongest point in favor of this market/mall and others in this same area and along these roads is because they are high traffic, there is a lot of business and so more stores open and plenty of people are out going to the plethora of options.

The Trooper road super center, the Wawa on the corner when leaving or going into the marketplace, the fast food nearby, the crafts stores nearby, many many variety based small shops, and more parking than anyone would ever need are just some a few of the incredible pluses working in favor for this fantastic marketplace and the stores within and around it.

Great deals a lot of little "in the know" nuances that make new shoppers feel dumb (regulars seem to only help if you ask) such as they do not bag most bring own or you can buy them I think for 10 cents but then the shopping cart at register is only there for you to ferry items to long ledge after you pay if you do not put it back you ruin "the flow of prentious regular operations" also I learned last visit if you put cart back in the file outside you get a quarter (think Tom Hanks in the terminal) also you get %15 off order total if you show your prious key at register.
