Crystal Spa & Nails — Attraction in West Palm Beach

Looking at the reviews I went there for the first time today. They were very slow, some were not wearing masks, and the place seemed unhygienic. I got a pedicure done and made sure they cleaned the tub in front of me. However when it was time to do the manicure, the lady was not gentle at all. She kept going into my skin and the last straw was when she CUT me with her file. She was filing my nails and did it so hard there was a gaping cut on my ring finger and was Bleeding! I am new to the area and was looking for a new nail place. After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance on this place. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I asked for an acrylic fill and was directed to the only male technician in the salon. I have to admit I was really skeptical at first, my only experience with a male technician in the past did not go well and made me leave that salon. Hahn (spelling might be wrong) did a GREAT job! He is very particular and takes his time to make sure it’s done right, no shortcuts! Everyone else in the salon seemed very nice although I did not interact with them. Called to have Nhi to do my nails because of the reviews. Had apt for 5:30. I called early to make sure my apt was with her and she said I could come in now if I wanted to. So I went there thinking she was ready because she told me to come in when I called at 2:45. Told her I could come in and I would be there a little after 3. Got there at 3:10.
