Howard Park — Attraction in West Palm Beach

My Sophie loves this park..it's her to go park when we are outdoors..but they need more swings for the kids 4 swings don't do when you have a line of kids waiting desperately to get on them..other than that the renovations they did last year ate very nice and good for the children..I feel they need to expand their play ground area because this park is very popular in this side of town and it can get pretty crowded...One thing..don't leave your belongings no attenfended not fir 1 second..Right in front of my face literally a Guatemalan lady with her husband stole my daughter's purse that was right next to me at the bench where I was sitting...It was a horrible experience...Lock your belongings in your car..I feel they need either a security or a policeman walking around this park...just to inspired a little fear on this people that they think they can get a way with commiting a crime at this park..since it really can get crowded here...we been coming here for years and this was the first time this has ever happy to us..other than that kids love...

Very fun park, lots of wildlife like squirrels. My son had a blast! Best place to come for lunch with family. There's always children playing here. We showed up around 12pm on A Sunday & it was completely empty on the playground so if you want a quiet walk. Be sure to come around that time

People begin flooding in around 2pm. Children, pets, everyone really. Theres soo many activities to do. There's public bathrooms, a playground and lots of open space if you want to bring a blanket & lay out to enjoy the sunshine.

This is a very nice neighborhood park. It has a large pond that stretches the length of one side of the park adjacent to the Palm Beach Convention Center. They have recently put in an exercise trail as well that is enjoyable to use with about 20 different prices of equipment. It is fairly busy in the evenings and on weekends when much of the neighborhood is playing basketball, riding the swings, playing soccer or on the playgrounds. It also has some nice picnic areas and a new kids playground is being installed that looks very nice. All in all...
