My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grandview Gardens for a romantic weekend getaway, and we can't stop raving about our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this charming hotel would become our favorite retreat.

First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire property. Our room was pristine, and the attention to detail was evident. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a spotless environment, making us feel instantly comfortable and at ease.

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Their warm and welcoming nature added an extra layer of charm to our stay. Whether it was answering our questions, recommending local attractions, or providing excellent service, they were always ready to assist with a smile.

One of the highlights of our stay was the sense of privacy we enjoyed. The tranquil ambiance and peaceful surroundings made us feel like we had our own little slice of paradise. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, allowing us to truly relax and connect.

The rooms at Grandview Gardens are well-equipped with everything one could need. Our bed was a dream, with a mattress that provided the most comfortable sleep we've ever had. The walk-in closet was a pleasant surprise, complete with a mini fridge, cabinets, and an iron. It felt like a home away from home, but with an added touch of luxury.

The thoughtful amenities didn't stop there. The staff set out a carafe of fresh water for guests, and we could easily refill it in the main house, which is a true gem in itself. The beautiful main house adds to the overall charm of the property, showcasing the exquisite taste and attention to detail of the owners.

During our stay, we discovered that Grandview Gardens is conveniently located near The Norton and The Hive. The Norton, a renowned museum, provided us with a cultural experience just a stone's throw away. Meanwhile, The Hive stole our hearts with its amazing vibes, delectable food, and exceptional service.

The only regret we had was not planning for a longer stay. Although they require a minimum of two nights per booking, we found ourselves wishing we had prepared to stay for longer. That's just a testament to how much we fell in love with this charming oasis.

Exceptional Bed and Breakfast Perfect for Our Wedding Party

We bought out the entire bed and breakfast to accommodate our wedding guests, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The decor was lovely and truly felt like a home away from home for everyone. The property's hidden location provided wonderful privacy while still being within walking distance to several excellent food options.

What made this place ideal for our wedding party was that each guest had their own private space (room, bathroom, and some even had balconies) while still being able to gather together by the pool area. This setup created the perfect environment for casual bonding among our guests.

Rebecca, the host, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond by receiving wedding items I had shipped ahead of time, which was incredibly helpful. Her attentiveness made the weekend run smoothly - from providing wonderful food recommendations to adding extra supplies in the rooms for our guests. She was always just a phone call away despite us having reserved the entire property.

All our guests raved about the accommodations. One of our guests who is disabled had no difficulty navigating with the handicapped bathroom. Everyone else loved the vibe and commented that the place felt like a small resort.

It is impossible to write a review good enough for Grandview Gardens! After deciding we were going to have a small wedding, we decided to rent out Grandview Gardens for the weekend. We are so happy that we made that decision. Before we even stayed there, Rebecca was incredibly helpful. She had ideas for the weekend as well as answered all of my questions and helped me set up in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was beautifully clean. There was water in the rooms, the coffee bar was fully stocked, towels/sunscreen/bug spray were ready by the pool, etc. It is evident that Rebecca and Maggie take pride in Grandview Gardens and really work to keep it beautiful. The rooms themselves are extremely cool, one of the reasons we picked it. Each room is decorated to have its own theme and it is all very eclectic. Not a single person had a bad thing to say about their room and they all absolutely loved their accommodation. The grounds themselves are beautiful with a giant mango tree in the front, plenty of flowers, and decorations. Seriously a gorgeous place. If anyone is thinking about renting out Grandview gardens for an event or just to stay, I highly recommend it. We had extra help from Maggie and Rebecca for the wedding and they were so on top of it.
