I am so disappointed. I had an appointment at 6:15pm. I came in at 6:17 and nobody started on my nails until 6:46 after asking is someone going to start soon because unfortunately I have to leave. I have to be quick because I have a toddler I have to pick up that’s why I made an appointment. Instead of just letting me go they had a manager come up to me just to say said I got there late at 6:20 and my appointment was at 6:10 and it’s because I was late is why they started late. I’m just like cmon are you kidding me? Then they brought the photo of camera which only points to the seat and not at the door when you enter. That was completely uncalled for. Petty, try to up one on a customer. He said the time I got here says 6:20 no I was already sitting down at 6:20 I couldn’t even see the screen they just showed me the time. They said my appointment was at 6:10 over and over I was 10 mins late. My apt was at 6:15. Confirmed via phone call. They tried to gaslight me, for all I know they probably went back in the schedule, edit and put 6:10. They don’t confirm appts on text, that’s probably why so they can gaslight you. In front of strangers. Im disappointed. I was speechless. If you were running behind then just say that and I didn’t even complain, I just said I had to leave. I was looking forward to today. Now I have to leave without my toes done. Thanks JL nails, I specifically booked here because I came once and enjoyed my massage and that’s why I wanted to come back. Highly disappointed and I will never come back. It would have been different if you didn’t try to gaslight me. I’m speechless by the customer service they have these days. It was like they tried to argue against me instead of tackling down the issue. That is no growth for your business. Well I tried to just tried to explain my disappointment even though they just kept saying I came late. I think that it’s disrespectful that they thought I couldn’t admit that I was wrong if I was. They couldn’t though. Well how can I prove that when they can just change it in their system. Anyway he tried to give me 10% off at the end for the troubles, I didn’t even want it after that. I kindly said no only because the gaslight was insane! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Also I noticed there’s a similar review like mine here and that they use their “camera” as an advantage in response to negative reviews.
Also I wanted to mention that I sat there for 30 mins with cold water on my feet. It wasn’t even warm and I took 1 sip of their wine. Check the cameras for that too.
I find this business to be extremely unprofessional. Like I said I never complained I just stated that I had to leave and all of this was uncalled for. By the way I don’t consider your business as luxury , look at how you treat your customers. This isn’t a doctors office. Good luck...
Read moreI absolutely love my gorgeous nails...I was a little scared to try this place because of the bad experiences I had at other nail salon...but the reviews made me come check it out...and I'm so glad I did...it was last minute and I was still in and out very quickly..Kelly got me looking so pretty for my birthday tomorrow 🥳...thanks so much..I will definitely be back...so I end coming back to this nail salon once again on my birthday 9/19/2024 which is the second photo unfortunately I was not able to get kelly this time..this time the experience was absolutely trouble, first guy they sent me too was very rude and disrespectful I had to ask for someone else to help me...so another guy end up helping me I wish i just would've left and what it appears to be a good job but it wasn't 3 of my nails end up coming off and I had to go back up there the next day 9/20/2024 to have them to fix it and now 9/21/2024 2 more of my nails are coming off on the other hand too, nails shouldn't be coming off in two to three days I was starting not to come back, but I decided to give it another try. On 9/22/2024, I was able to catch Kelly this time. I explained to her what had happened and she took care of me immediately. I am very pleased with the results, don't ever go to anyone...
Read moreHi, I was told to move to chair 7 as I was a walk in. I went for a regular manicure. The nail tech didn’t really greet me I truly believe if I didn’t say anything he wouldn’t have said anything as he just sat down and looked at my nails without saying anything. Also instead of asking me what happened to my finger he just assumed I had an infection which I’m a nurse- was actually a laceration. The last straw for me really was when he asked me to pay before he painted my fingers I was a bit taken aback because I’m used to paying after a service is completed not during or before and I believe he knew that he was wrong and he made up the excuse of not wanting me to mess up my manicure with digging into my bag but the way it came across was the exactly opposite of that (due to tone) I think it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this salon and also a lot of the customers who were sitting behind me saw what happened and exclaimed that they won’t be returning as well sadly .
