Spend $15,000 on SaksOffFifth website in the last 6 month. The order I received in the last month have been an unmitigated disaster. They are done with me. NEVER AGAIN I WILL SPEND A DIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
Order 105252322 was cancelled for no reasons. Totally inacceptable.
Order 105283768: instead of receiving the Canali Floral Print Silk tie Blue 400112694683 ($119.99), I received item 40013452631 which cost $69.99 and which I never ordered and am not interested to keep. In addition, the store that made the shipment in West Palm Beach also shipped to my address in Florida order 105287079 for a lady named Sarah Paussini and living in California. I spoke many times to the store manager (Steven Tressley) and requested many times to receive a shipping label to send these items back to the store which he said he would do but never did in two weeks. If Saks Off Fifth is really a serious company, they should replace this totally incompetent store manager immediately. They makes mistakes and refuse to fix them.
Order #105174474 Plaid Modern-Fit Dress Shirt LIGHT BLUE , 43 (17): The size that was shipped to me is a 45 & 17 3/4. It was sent to me like a rag. Not even folded. Received the shirt very wrinkled and wrong size. The store in New Jersey did a terrible job. This was not a refined packing, this is the least I could say.
Order #105180450: Eton Dotted Silk Tie BLUE: Was missing from package and was told by SaksOffFifth customer service on July 18 that a refund would be issued for this item, which has never been done.

Read moreSandy (the store manager!) flat out lied to me and my mother and was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. My mother had signed up for the rewards program two weeks back, and wanted to use the 20% coupon which they told us we would be able to use. When we showed it to her as we were making the purchase, she rejected it and claimed that this coupon is for online use only. We accepted this despite out suspicious, but then we shopped around some more and then when we went to purchase the rest of the products, the store associate told us we could use the 20% in store and that it literally showed that in the system. I saw the manager overhear this and she just ran into the fitting rooms and completely ignored us.
We ended up returning everything we bought, and re-purchasing for the 20% off.
That was apart from the fact that whenever we asked her a question while making the initial purchase, she would respond so rudely, and I could not believe that she was actually the manager in the end.
I have already reported her. She was 100% discriminatory (we are not white) and went AGAINST her own store’s policy just because she was in a bad mood and decided she didn’t like us. Saks OFF 5th should not keep her as manager. What a vile experience.

Read moreI have had nothing but a horrible experience with Saks Off 5th. With my first order I received a pair of defective shoes that I paid over $175 for and had to return. On my second order they sent the wrong jeans and two of the items sent were tagged for $10.00 less than my sale price and this was cyber Monday. I sent them the jeans back with the tags and they received them over 10 days ago and have not acknowledged receipt or given credit. I have proof of receipt from FedEx. My third order I tried to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase (their site gives you 20 minutes.) I could not get back on the site and I tried with my computer and cell while on hold with them on my land line for over 35 minutes. They then informed me that they could not cancel the order that it had already been packaged and informed me that I had to return the items and wait for another refund (plus I am out the shipping even though they were running a "free shipping for orders over $99" and my order was $200). They also do not confirm that you want to make a purchase so if you make a mistake at checkout it's too late. They immediately charge you. They did not give me my free shipping as noted. They did not try to change the size I indicated I needed and they were rude. I totally do not recommend buying from them on...
